AF = aunt flo, which actually = a period.

I think it all came about when people who were trying for a baby starting talking about it like the aunt who you never want to come and visit you, but always turns up unexpectedly = aunt flo = AF ;)

That's what i've heard anyway. Don't quote me on it LOL.

And Claire - never weigh yourself when you're on!!! It's like voluntary torture!!! lmao :D

I made the OH hide the scales from me last night until monday!

I'm getting far too obsessive - weigh myself before a wee, after a wee, when i wake up, before i go to bed, before a shower, after a shower... you get the picture :eek: lol

Right so another day another menu!

Hmmm, I am feeling a little less bloated now thank god - still know that aint gna lose this week tho - I feel heavy but less bloated!

Oh next week we chart our inches dont we or am I completely wrong - well hopefully I will have lost summat - sumwhere lol

I struggle with red day lunches too as I'm at work. Today is a red day for me and I'm having 2 slices ww bread with turkey in, then a little pot with babybel, cucumber and more turkey chopped up and then a Shape LS yoghurt. Don't like red days though am trying M2M next week as i run out of HEBs on reds and just having meat and veg for tea doesn't really fill me up so end up being hungry, plus I get fed up of eating meat half way through my meal.

Prawn salad
omelette
tuna sandwich
cold meat, egg and pickle & salad
soup

lot of salad there!!
 
im the same... i aint a red day person... i like the dinners just not the lunch part kwim???

Yeah I struggle to have no HEBs for breakfast as I'm rubbish at getting up early enough to cook things and have time to enjoy eating them although I have been trying to lately I end up eating it too quick to notice I've had anything. Then for lunch at work I'm a bit of a salad dodger (!) so struggle not to use bread then for my evening meal I want some potato wedges!!! Greens are far better I love pasta/rice but I have struggled to lose much weight on just Green days (hmm could also be the Chinese/Pizza I can't seem to avoid on a weekend!!!) :eek: Find I have to plan more for reds so have been trying to do that the last week or so.

Tinyshoes, just wondering if a yoghurt and a banana would do you for breakfast, saving a healthy extra for later. I do that every day now and if I get hungry mid morning I have a mugshot or noodles (I'm at home).
