Well done Claire, inch loss is so more rewarding I think, as scales can fluctuate and not always true reading and can mess with our heads, but inch loss is true and accurate, so that's just brill :cool:
 
Why thank you. Its either inch loss, or I've messed up using the tape measure! lol! :p

And exercise? I think not! lol! Although, I have contemplated going swimming, does that count?!

I'm sure it'll be fine. I decided not to go to the opticians today - booked in for the 10th. Absolutely snowed under here with work. Gonna have to leave in an hour to go pick up the kid, n then come back and do more work! lol!

Bawz! No rest for the wicked! Got absolutely no motivation to do it either, which makes it worse!

I'm giving him til Monday. I'm quite sure I can cope during the week because I'm out at work. But if I've got to sit and stare at him all weekend I might have to kill him! lol! :p
 
On a side note, I've just signed up for a membership to the swimming baths. So I've no excuse now, I need to swim. Will start tomorrow after work!

OMG!!! how unfit am I!?!

Lasted 40mins - nearly drowned twice (ok, bit of an exaggeration - I got water in my ear and up my nose! lol!) and my legs were a bit like jelly when I got out the water! lol!

Good times! :) Had fun! Gonna go back on Friday. Got too many visitors after work this week to go before hand.
