Diet is going ok I think. On my last low carb day this week. Today I'm having:
B: Cookies and Cream protein Shake
S: Handful of peanuts
L: Chicken Satay
S: Handful of peanuts
D: Undecided. Probably omlete with salad, or pork foo yung
Sticking with my chinese/peanut theme today! I have no doubt I've had too much peanuts for one day, but I had no food in to bring to work for snacks, and I bought a bag of peanuts on my way to work - forgetting I had satay for lunch! Doh!
Ah well! I dont expect a loss this week after my 10k calorie binge on Saturday! lol! Next week's wi will be the decider for this diet! For now, just plodding along, trying not to over-think it!
Hows everyone else today? I'm sleepy. Between my sore shoulder, and my new ear piercing, its really difficult to find a comfortable sleeping position! And I bought a new duck and down duvet yesterday and it crinkles when you move - so it kept waking me up!!!!
