Hey all, sorry was a bit awol yesterday. Had a stupidly busy day at work, had people queuing out the nick door n up the road for most the day! Then got to the gym to find i'd forgotten my ipod n headphones n i hate training without it so went home n had a couple glasses of rose in the sun instead!

Yesterday -

B. Coffee with cream n sweetner 0.5
Two egg omlette
Two eggs 0
Sprinkle grated cheddar 1
D. Salad with chicken breast, guessing at 5
T. BBQ at mum n dads
Sea Bream 0
One tiny pork sausage from butchers, mostly meat but no doubt a tincy bit of breadcrumbs 2
Piece of rump steak 0
Salad 2
Strawberries n raspberries 3
Cream 1
Two small glasses rose wine 3.5

Total (ish) 17

Today -

B. Coffee with full fat milk n sweetner 1
D. Salad box with bacon, egg, sausage n mayo 7
Can coke zero 0
S. Coffee with cream n sweetner 0.5
T. Two pork loins 0
Salad 4

12.5 to that point though depends what happens on shift later!
 
If i'm honest i threw a bit of a girly strop! Mum said, ah come on we'll go do a bit now we're here.. i said i can't run without my music and i don't want to do anything else lol.. After i'd spent all day bullying her into going with me! Hahaha.. ah well.. I'm sure i'll get some exercise tonight walking the pavements! Then i'm going to the gym tmoz before a night out on the town!
 
I have NO energy for exercise! I've done nothing today apart from have my hair done, do some washing and two school runs.
 
Aww Penny love, that's not good! I'm the total opposite at the moment. However i'm also surviving on an average of about 5hrs sleep a night somehow. Whenever i go to bed i'm BING wide awake! Even though tired out. I've working 0800-1600 today then home for a while and back in again at 1830 till 2330! Tired now but again, wide awake.. dammit. Just having a glass of vino hoping it'll help me doze off. Then hoping for a lay in tomorrow before hitting the gym around dinnertime to work some off before drinking it tomorrow night!!
 
I die every night according to Colleen, I think it's a trick I learned in the Army. We are in bed most nights by half ten and I'm up at 6 every morning so I get at least 7 hours most nights.
 
Finally managed to get some sleep last night - not long been awake though still feel shattered! Mind you i have done 7 days at work plus the extra shift on top last night so i think it's justified. Really struggling to find the motivation to go to the gym at the moment! Gotta pop round my nans, she's taken my dress in which i hope to wear tonight. Well pleased i bought it a couple yrs ago and never wore it as it didn't sit right but now it does and have even had to have it taken in on the top. It's a size 16 in empire line (so me mate tells me i have no idea!). Just had a sneaky wi and have lost 1.2lbs since mon.
 
Jim please give me some motivation to get my fat ass down the gym! I'm still knackered. Need to go pick me frock up, have a look at some sandals to buy too n get to me mates just over an hr away for teatime ish. Please feel free to give me a kick as i'm struggling to get up n about today!

Ooo thanks for that Jim! I made it to the gym! Hurrah! Did the 5km run albeit a few secs longer than normal but ho hum i did it. Gave the weights a miss today as am pretty b*lloxed n also have loads to do before heading up to see me mate. Airshow weekend this weekend so we're off out to survey the view.. hehe..

:party0016: Well guys n gals i made it! Albeit feeling a little sleepy (didn't get to bed till gone 5!) i'm feeling suprisingly ok! Not hungover in the slightest! Hurrah! :party0049:

Food yesterday -

B. Coffee with cream n sweetner 0.5
D. Corned beef with salad n mayo 4
T. Salmon fillet with salad n mayo 4
Chopped strawberries n cream 7.8

Had a vodka n coke zero n a small glass of rose wine before leaving my mates house for town. Then in town i (think i) had - 4 small rose wines, 2 bacardi n diet cokes (no coke zero available unfortunately so took the citric acid risk but stayed no carb this way).

D. Rose wines 8.5

Total for day 24.8g - pleased with that! Think i made good drinks choices (yes i know no drink would have been better!), this was the first proper night out on the town in over 4 months so i think i made the best out the situation considering.. Also refrained from the food on the way home and we walked into town n home again which is a decent 20min walk and we also danced for about 2hrs..

Today -

B. Bacon 0
2 fried eggs 0
Fried mushrooms 2.4

Tea will be roast chicken (currently in oven) with salad n mayo then strawberries n raspberries for desert later on in front of the tv. I do not intend on leaving my flat now for the rest of the day as i'm shattered. My legs ache from a night of dancing, a decent amount of walking last night n also on duty the night before and from the 5km run at the gym yesterday.

Just been perusing the carb counter on the atkins site.. yes, i am bored. Well i've discovered that figs are the highest carb fruit (well on their list). 10 figs = 105g carbs! So 10 figs have the same carb content on what we're aiming to eat in 5 days!!

Random yes i know. That's me.

It also keeps a record so I can look back & compare. For some reason I don't quite trust the Atkins site, they seem to be very commercial.

In my little GI book, Figs are; one fresh - 9.6carbs and dried ready to eat 24.3carbs in 50grms.

OK, so I'm bored too...
