Phew, that was hard going. 5km on treadmill, managed to knock a whole second off my time. LOL. However, i'm pleased with that cos running in the morning so doesn't agree with me, i'm much better at night. I've also not eaten yet and my chest was crap as been off my inhaler over weekend so i got my voice back for the attestation. So all in all things considered i'm chuffed. Also did some weights. Now i'm all hot n sweaty n have to be in work in a couple hrs..
