claire those chocs dont give you gas or the runs? sorry for the TMI. When I eat the atkins bar I have a lot of gas and thats from only eating one. However I noticed with the daybreak bars I dont have as much...
 
Erm, i was a bit windy pops with the normal milk choc but the toffee has been fine so far.. though i do only just pick at the toffee rather than eat it normally. So long as i don't have too much i think a little 'helps' should i say and tastes far better than senna lol

it's lovely. but i'm sure it stalled me when i low-carbed last time, although i was on about 40g carbs then.

i may start using a piece or two a day if my, ahem, 'problems' don't sort themselves out soon :)

Morning all.. Well i've managed to lose 0.2lbs since yesterday.. So now 0.4lbs above my wi result on monday.. Think it's looking likely for a sts week this week..

Bit grey n blustery in the east today..
 
Just did another sneaky wi n have managed to somehow lose that 0.4lbs so am now level pegging with mondays official wi so just need to lose some now before monday... Monday afternoon i'm out drinking with work colleagues (the socialising will do me good).. i also kind of intend on eating a few more carbs too so as to avoid the outcome i had last time!
 
Honestly Claire! what a scaleaholic, you know your weight will vary during the day love. LOL

It's ok, just ok though. We have a few clothes shop, matalan, tkmaxx, peacocks, new look e.c.t. Really would like a primark though especially when losing weight! Hows your leave going?
 
Jim :busted: you big time about the scale LOL.. I can't laugh Im a recovering scale addict so I know how it is.. It is a bit funny though seeing it from some one else and how you weighed yourself so many times and the weigh change. Just goes to show you how your weight fluctates :crazy:.. Makes me see how funny I looked weighing myself in the past 3 times a day LOL
 
Leave's going well thanks TT :) Went out shopping today people!!! I am sooooo ecstatic too!! Went to Animal n they had a sale on.. managed to squeeze my chubby ass into SIZE 14 boardies and a SIZE 12 skirt!!!!!! I tried on the 16's first n they fell down, then the 14 skirt n it still fell down, my face must have been a picture when i went out the changing room to get a smaller still size - mum laughed at me with me gob open! I kept telling myself that they must size big n maybe they're american sizes so in fact 16 shorts n 14 skirt.. But checked the label when i got home n nowhere can i see that they're american sizes! N anyway, who cares, i'm going by what the label says n if the label says 12's n 14's then that's what they damn well are!! Another bonus was that they should have been £65 full price but they were both in the sale n buy one get one free! So got both for £24! :D :D Also managed to pick up a new shock absorber for £19.50, down from £28.50 :D Then popped into thorntons n got a box of mixed diabetic chocs n sweets for £7 which is great considering there's about 6 different things in the box n normally one bag is about £4 each.

Just back from the gym... :D Did 5km on the treadmill n managed to knock over a minute off so down to 36mins 25secs now, slowly getting there. Also did 5mins on the rower n some arm n upper leg weights. Gonna have a snack in a few mins as peckish again..

All in all, a good day today!

Going out on duty tmoz 1700-0300hrs. Will eat before i go n hope to have time later in the shift to get a chicken kebab, if not i'm going to take snacky stuff in with me so's i at least have something to see me through the night. WI mon morn n then out for a carby dinner before a few bevvies with work mates in Lincoln. Don't especially wanna eat that many carbs but i don't want a repeat of last time either so i'm not risking it!

Sneaky wi reveals 0.8lb gain on mondays wi today :( Now not feeling that hopeful about official wi on mon... Dammit. I blame the gym, bad for your health i tell ya! ;)

Better than drinking i suppose! Will just be clearing up after everybody elses efforts! Here's hoping for a 'Q' one (that word is banned!)..
