Morning all, good to hear from ya Hooya Sounds like you're still doing amazingly well on your exercise - you're a true inspiration! On that note, i've managed to con one of the cid lasses i've known for years to re-join my gym and we're going to do the classes together. Aerobics, boxercise, spinning etc. I figure if i add a little variety to my routine and also go with someone else i'm going to get more from it and start to tighten up the hugely flabby bits!! Also hope to fit into smaller stuff as i lose the last stone or so.
