Morning all, good to hear from ya Hooya :) Sounds like you're still doing amazingly well on your exercise - you're a true inspiration! On that note, i've managed to con one of the cid lasses i've known for years to re-join my gym and we're going to do the classes together. Aerobics, boxercise, spinning etc. I figure if i add a little variety to my routine and also go with someone else i'm going to get more from it and start to tighten up the hugely flabby bits!! Also hope to fit into smaller stuff as i lose the last stone or so.

Hey Jim I'm much better, thank god. I'm going to weigh myself this friday and see where I'm at. I'm already getting the comments that Ive lost too much and need to stop. I will say Im now a size 9 amd I can get some size 8s. I'm just a bit worried at how lost the weight when I was sick.

Yes Jim the weather has been terrible here around Pisa area. Wind and grey and rain. The sun has came out now so lets hope it stays.. Ligura region is even worse with the rain..

Still pretty sleepy today after yesterdays exploits.. did 12hrs in work in the end, then 12 off n now back in again. On top of doing the battle of britain parade sun morning n then working... claire's a sleepy girl. Finish at 1800 tonight and looking forward to having an evening to myself as the last one was thurs last week.

Hey claire only 14 pounds doesnt it feel great! Wow you must be tired! try and rest as much as you can..

So you are getting the comments that you have lost too much and etc.. Hun you have to stop when you feel comfortable and satisifed..

You and Jim have gotten me hooked on the ostrich burgers.. I'm making one to take with me to work :)
 
I think all it is Jim is that when you lose quite a large amount (4.5 stone) it's such a difference that when you say you want to lose another stone and then see how you feel after that some people dont see where that next stone n maybe a little more will come from as they remember how you were before and see you've already lost a lot. A stone will only just put me into the 'healthy' category so i'd like a little more so i have a bit in hand should i have a blow out one day. Like i say, i'm just going to see how i feel really.

Enjoy your ostrich burger More, yum yum!! Think it'll be a salad box for me at work and then i have some cold leftover lamb i'll do with vegs later after work.

Claire, I do understand where you are coming from. I stopped because Colleen and Eleanor told me to, they said I was looking gaunt and skinny. I didn't see myself that way, but I did as I was told. ;)
 
LOL, words of a wise man Jim ;) I'm quite looking forward to hitting the gym a bit more once my friend gets back off her hols and re-joins. I won't be able to do too many classes due to working shifts but the more i can go the better. Hopefully if i can tone the flab up as well as continuing to lose a bit then i'll see more of a difference and won't want to lose masses more. Time'll tell i guess. Could do with going to the gym tonight really but once i finish work i've got stuff to do round the house and also cook tea etc so if i want a decent early night it's pretty impossible really. Will see how i feel...

It went ok thanks Jim, was still 2330 before bed though by the time i'd finished faffing around. I don't relax easily that's my problem lol.
