Complete chaos. 6" fresh snow on top of the still standing stuff.
Didn't get round to the almonds or scratchings. Everything else went tho. The sardines repeated on me all shift. Just got home n had some sf rennies hoping they'll sort it.
OMG that is a lot of snow, there was really bad black ice at the end of the motorway by us yesterday, 3 accidents in 3 minutes so they had to close it!!!
Done my bloody back in :-( Bent down to hoof my kit bag into the car n felt it go with a twinge in lower back which caused me to double over n drop the bag. Been dosed up since n stretching etc. Now I'm home I'm lying on a hot wheaty bag in the small of my back on my coccyx. It's weird, for the last six months or so the outer edge of my left thigh has been completely numb about 4" across n the length of my thigh. Not painful just numb. Felt like my thigh was coated with thick cotton wool when pressed. It first began a couple yrs back whilst on hol in Egypt. I got a real bad belly n almost put myself in hozzy with it as I couldn't stop either end or keep even tiny sips of water down. The numb left thigh started then n at the time I put it down to maybe a massive lack of minerals etc due to being so ill. I'm now wondering if I put something out during the violent sickness etc. It's possibly bollox I know but also a possibility. I dunno. I've got bupa cover so contemplating a gp visit to ask for a referral to specialist to get checked over n maybe some physio or something. Don't wanna think its nothing n then it turns into something that could've been prevented with early treatment etc. What does anyone think?
Had a protein shake before work made up with soy milk, spoon of Splenda n spoon of fibre.
Costa soy latte.
Kebab in work which was so tasty I really enjoyed it. Had chicken breast n lamb kofte with salad n mayo n mint sauce.
Home from work n had three rashers bacon n two scrambledy eggs before getting into bed.
Will probably be the same again later today when I wake up.
That's what I was considering hun. Mum n grandma have both had it the past few yrs. hope I'm not the third. It might be nothing but might not I guess. Some physio might help strengthen my back for the kit we carry if nowt else lol.
Doctors my dear, having a knackered back myself I have to keep an eye on mine, even though I do zumba (but not the high impact jumping around bits, unless I get carried away) something silly like opening a car door might set it off on one of its jollies.
Apart from that, have a good day. I'm not going out again, too cold
Just don't wanna hassle em if it's nothing. Dunno how my private healthcare works really. Must dig out the paperwork n have a look. Guess if I'm paying for it I may as well use it. Don't even know if I have to pay an excess lol.
id get it seen to...it.could just be repetitive strain from carrying your kit but defo osteopath or physio could help strengthen the muscles or give some relief x
