Well im really not a fan of plain water. Don't see how it can stall, only make u come outta k cos of the citric acid. At least I get fluid down me neck this way.

Hope u got some o/t? I've had a busy, reasonably fun n not too griefy day Home now. Gonna have a bath before cooking my tea, which I think will be the same as last night. Been good n stuck to everything I took in my packup today so feeling pleased with myself. Not been hungry, what I took saw me thru the day. Nice feeling after the hrs dragging between shakes.

That's good to hear!! This diet is awesome when you think of the pain of shakes!!
I'd never go back to them....I'm gonna get out of my pit in a mo and do some tea for me and the little one (almost 13) who's been as good as gold whilst I've been sleeping bless her, as my OH is on lates so she's had to fend for herself for 2 or so hours..she wouldn't have noticed though with her head stuck in FB or the XBox though!!
I'm hoping he hasn't nicked all my cheeseburger pie when I open the fridge!!
