Dont give up - me too. Today I am doing 4 pks to see if the extra cals work since I am on the go between 5am and 12am most days, so maybe I am not getting enough cals? I will let you know how that goes.
 
I don't know what I'll do if I don't lose tonight :( I've tried so hard these last two weeks and so far no reward! Not exercising is killing me, I'm advising everyone else at work on what to do to get maximum results at the gym and I can't go myself :( mind you if this lack of losses keeps up I'm just going to go anyway!
 
Been very pi$$ed off with not loosing anything this week that I've sort of gone off the rails. Not badly. Just pinched a handful of nuts at my mum's house when I was there this am and pinched a chunk of cheese from the fridge. Just so sick. I've not got piles and it's clotting :(
 
still no scale movement! am i destined to sts forever?
 
I'm sure you are doing too much exercise for this diet! Either move right up the steps or stop exercising and you'll lose.
 
I've cut my exercise to the minimum. I can't stop teaching my 2 Zumba classes. I got to the gym and don't do much compared to what I was doing. I didn't go Tuesday but taught Zumba 450 cals aprox, Thursday I ran 2 miles and did 10 mins on the bike then some weights. I taught Zumba again so probably burnt around 800 cals that day. I've do nothing else since.

Compared to what I used to do its very very low! I used to do 10 hours of exercise a week.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the red dress -- and the other does look a tab big on you. The red goes great with your colouring and I liked the way it was accessorised on the website.

It is weird how you really do not look very different in your fitness clothes with over a stone's difference. You must really have upped your muscle to fat ratios and now if I push into a lake you'll sink like an anchor! Not that would... unless you don't try to shake things up with a going 810 because of the exercise. Your are so lean -- track your inches, as well as, your pounds.

Your mom is da bomb. How lovely for her to buy you the dress(es).

This is obviously still too much exercise for YOUR body to lose weight on ss+. As you love the exercise so much, why not keep that up but move up to a higher step. Or try a different diet all together that is designed to work with a big workout alongside?
 
ss+ isn't working, 810 wasn't working. i've tried so many diets that most don't work either. i just want to loose another 14lbs for xmas.

i think that xmas will be a good guide as i will eat more and do exercise (probably in greater proportions). will be interesting to see if i STS, put on or loose.

been really grumpy today. i'm tired. my rings are tight, i'm cold/i'm hot! big grump with the kids. big grump with hubby. not great :( i think this diet is really getting to me. if i don't loose a reasonable amount this week i think i'll be tempted to just stop flaming well eating and sow my mouth together altogether.

seriously, if it's a bad weigh in i'm off to the docs!
 
1 day to weigh in. pulling out all the stops! this week i will loose some d*m weight!

yikes, what a strange day.

did a big'ish family sunday lunch for hubs and the kids so i had 1/2 my 810 stuff (salad and a tin of tuna), the the other half tonight! i've not been hungry all day..... is this my new way of doing 810? i seem happier and more motivated. maybe the 'big' meal of a night was just too much! maybe this is now the real way of doing 810 for the longer term.

i'm wondering if my picking has stemmed from my blood sugars dropping and the need to just eat something/anything asap! i hope this is my new found motivation as i could honestly see xmas through like this now, if it is! i could take just 1 or 2 days off and fly through xmas and maybe STS at xmas and in the long term thinking this way.

p.s been naughty today, not food wise :)

i was ordering xmas flowers for my mum and birthday and xmas flowers for paul's mum. he said to get my own flowers myself rather than him ordering them so i did :)

choose a big bouquet as it's been probably 18mths since i had any really really nice flowers. cost a fortune! i'm sure i'm worth it (as the ad goes!
