Dont give up - me too. Today I am doing 4 pks to see if the extra cals work since I am on the go between 5am and 12am most days, so maybe I am not getting enough cals? I will let you know how that goes.
I've cut my exercise to the minimum. I can't stop teaching my 2 Zumba classes. I got to the gym and don't do much compared to what I was doing. I didn't go Tuesday but taught Zumba 450 cals aprox, Thursday I ran 2 miles and did 10 mins on the bike then some weights. I taught Zumba again so probably burnt around 800 cals that day. I've do nothing else since.
Compared to what I used to do its very very low! I used to do 10 hours of exercise a week.
1 day to weigh in. pulling out all the stops! this week i will loose some d*m weight!
