well it's monday and i'm looking at a 2lb weight loss and i've had some cheats this week. i really think that my iron levels are important to my weight loss. i've only just started to take them and i can feel a difference in that i seem to be seeing movement on the scales.

i'm getting quite a few compliments on my weight etc. i was at the gym the other day in my tight gym gear (not the best look to be honest as it shows off my lumps and bumps) i had this lady walk up to me and say how amazing i'm looking. she saw me in zumba a few months ago and thinks i lost loads of weight and look fabulous. it's so funny that others don't seem to see that you have more to go but they say that you look amazing as they can see how much you've lost. i see myself all day everyday and you really do not notice it unless you notice your clothes fit better etc etc size wise it's hard to get the image of being bigger out of your brain and this is what i'm obviously pre-programmed to see. i see my imperfections and others see my shrink. i've lost 18lbs, less than you sally, but people see it, they're really seeing it!

sally - this is for you...... i bet the 21lbs has made a massive difference in how people see you. 21lbs if a lot of weight to loose. on a 'normal' diet that would be about 21 weeks of weight loss (nearly 5 months). 21lbs is 1 1/2 dress sizes in my world and i'm hoping it is in yours. this diet works on body fat so the difference in shape is seen quicker. now get your butt to the gym for a bit of toning. :D

You know what Nikki, it makes so much sense about the iron, since that's fundermental to energy production as much as the B's and Magnesium are.

I am looking at 2lbs today too, I am happy with that, it's right for our bodies (though I definetly do not have an athlete's bod like you - I am in the low 11's/ 10's now...wow...the 10's holly crapola!

Have a good day!

Morning Nikki it's lovely to read a positive uplifting message from you again ;)

And I would have to say from seeing you in your party dresses you do look very trim. So keep at it hon :)

I agree we need to get Sal moving towards the gym :)

Are u starting 1000 plan this week? Y not give 810 another whirl again? X

staying on 810 until friday 16th dec, then moving up from the 19th dec ready for xmas.

2lbs off today. just 14lb left to go. over half way now and THAT FEELS GOOD!

12st 3lb

@Nat -- My ultimate goal bmi is about 23 (but I am a lot older than you are -- and after 40 a woman has to choose between her ar$e and her face! lol)

@Nikki -- I agree with Shanny... it is good to read a very upbeat post for you. Looking so good in that "goal" dress must have really been a boost. But wear the red one... it is smokin' hot!

@Sal -- I was so jealous when you bought that underwater mp3 player... you should either go and use it, so sell it to me cheap for my DD who swims three times a week! ;) jk

got a recipe book today with loads of things to try. looking forward to cooking some. :)

also went for depo injection and talked to the nurse and she's booked full blood count for me so i can see what's up.

Sounds like a good idea!

love is.......

wearing thermals, a jumper and a cardi with the heating full on and sitting next to (on top we call it) the fire. toasty!

had a bit of a day of it actually..... stress central!

had a call this morning to say that the angel costume i bought emily wouldn't fit as it was too long and ems was tripping over it plus her wings were weighing it down. then started the search. was so hard to find one. asda none, mothercare none, next none, matalan 1 4-5yr old that looked like it would fit a 2 yr old (so short!) bought this just incase, went to tesco and they had loads all reduced to £4 from £9.50. got back to my parents and actually cried with relief. decided i'd had a stressful day as it was so i didn't take dude to tumble tots, or swimming later that afternoon. just too stressed. think i'm easily stressed these days. just glad my little 'angel' isn't going to look a mess! can't wait til wednesday now.

I am glad you got it sorted. HUGS! Post pics, please.

Finally got shoes to try on and couldn't even get my foot in it! Size 41! They're a 7 but they were supposed to be an 8!

Oh no :( have you got time to return them and get new ones in the right size? What colour did you get? At least you'll be able to see what the colours like.

just got black but they do no do any bigger. i bought their biggest size. i've bought from them before and i've fitted into them but these are a 41. this is totally a 7 and not an 8. if i can't find anything i'll be wearing my old black ones. :( my feet are stupid big. at least with loosing weight my feet have gone down from a 10 to an 8.

wow, that is a big foot!

I am glad you dropped 2lbs this week Nikki - and your dress fits. Ace all round!

Your foot went down two sizes! Wow! Mine do not change much.

My friend, CFF, is nearly 6 feet tall and wears a US size 11. She can never find nice shoes. *sigh*

I hope your day goes well.
