Weigh day 1/2lb on. Not too bad considering!
 
It's my baby girl's 5th birthday tomorrow. She was born 13.12.06 at 11.55pm by emergency section. Leona Lewis won the x factor that very weekend with 'a moment like this'! Emily stopped breathing 1 hr after she was born and taken to the neo natal unit. I'll never forget her 1st picture of her with tubes in her in the plastic fish box. Scary stuff but almost 5 years on and she's still a stubborn little madam!

I hope today isn't too stressful for you. And good job on the half lb gain, like Nat said you know it's just glycogen and water gain not fat.
 
Got my flowers from interflora. Horrible :( phoned and complained. Getting a refund but I can't believe how rubbish they were! 1st picture XL bouquet I bought
2nd picture XL bouquet I got!

My god they're definitely different! I'd be pissed off too!! The cost of these things!!
 
that's terrible. that florist should lost their interflora contract. most times you'd have been getting them as a gift and you'd never have known what was ordered. makes you wonder how long they've been getting away with it.
 
it was direct from interflora, delivered by courier. no argument though. refund! really unhappy as i was so looking forward to them. they're a pile of rubbish! the roses are really small like the value ones from tesco for £3.99. there's 12 roses and 12 freesias in the bouquet, then the rest is foliage. so it it was tescos.....

£3.99 x 2 (7.98) for roses +
£3.99 x 2 (7.98) for freasias +
£5.00 for foliage
£5.00 for vase
total = £25.96
interflora price £69

Anyway took picture of a rose from a tesco bouquet (the size I was expecting to be in the interflora) against the actual size used!

Hiya Nikki, did you enjoy your free afternoon? I've got most of the day to myself tomorrow, WI at 4 :eek: not looking forward to it at all but I have to bite the bullet and get on with it. I've got a week to pull back a loss before christmas.
 
Had a nice afty. Popped into the loft but I think I've lost/thrown out my planning. Nevermind.

I've been off cd for almost a week. Can't seem to get back on it :(. It gets to Xmas and I just seem to stop eating! I stop picking too! Had pizza today. That's it! Not hungry, not bothered, not interested. It's crazy. Every Xmas I stop eating. I think it's just cause there is too much food around! Have had 3 chocs though and a glass of wine after Zumba.
 
cake baking day. night out tonight! ems party tomorrow then out again for a party night. kids at DL party sunday. weigh day monday. kids haircuts monday. it's easing off thank goodness!!!!
