Constantly dizzy- back from the wilderness

my eating plan went to sh!t yesterday

not really in a baaaad way.....I just got a real bad spell of 'acid' stomach probs in the afternoon .... I think maybe I had a few too many satsumas & a bit too much stress/giddiness re the Op news - anyway I was in a fair bit of pain and couldnt eat until late on, when I finally managed some tom & herb pasta in sauce

I slept propped up in bed just in case it came back.....finally nodded off about 3am, so I'm all narky & sleep deprived today :cry:

Brekkie will be a nice plain couple of weetabix & see how the day pans out from here when Ive 'Thunk' about it :)

Hiya Dizzy

(don't know if you remember me!)

Anyway, glad to see your ears are being sorted soon, hopefully that will help you out in many ways.

Sorry about your gain, I do react to bread myself and get all boated, painy and gassy, so I try to avoid it in the most part...I will have the odd piece each week. I would say you need to do a few green weeks to seeif it is large amounts of carbs affecting your weightloss....

Good luck with everything

Mel xx

Hello Mel:)

Yup Me & bread I think are arch enemies  someone on MSE was saying its something to do with the rapid raising techniques of modern baking? and to try just using HM pittas if I HAD to have bread. I just got stuck in a thing of having to do greens with not being able to get out to shop with the car being off the road....then the carb craving AAAAGGGHHHHH god I hate having PMT:mad::mad::rolleyes::p

yup sensible advice stay of the bread & monitor the green weeks :D

Bad morning from a really fed up Dizzy

boo hiss AND it means I have to go face the scales of doom at WI tonight too now (which I thought I could avoid for a week with having *week bloats:eek:) :sigh: can my day get any worse :wave_cry:

Bum, bum, bum, and bum. That's really pooey.

I've responded on the FHTES thread, but -

If you're weighing in today, instead of being able to go in for your op, then I'll shake my pompoms for you, if you juggle that yorkie for me. Is that fair?

Sorry to hear your op was cancelled, i'm sure it will fly past until the 17th. Super well done on the 0.5lb off...honestly if I get that result tomorrow morning I will be ecstatic...

Keep up the fab work x

Got my head in gear for a good week this week, we're looking at booking a holiday when my 'ear arrives' (sounds really stooopid that lol....but I'm sure you know what I mean:D) Its going to be around Oct/Nov time before I'll be able to fly after the skull graft & Ive got the processor up and running so that gives me time to get to target with some weeks to spare (if I get my head down NOW and work at it)

trouble is I cant do much in the way of exercise to speed anything up which is a real Bummer  even swimming which I used to be able to do before the last Op...now makes me vomit with the 'bobbing up & down' in the water :sigh: so I reliant PURELY on whatever losses I can get through eating.

Hey Ho its coming off....just not in massive big bits. Had a nice shock yesterday though, I bought some Denim shorts in Asda ready for the hols as you can never get anything in november time! sooo I got a 14 to slim into- but I tried them when I came home AND THEY FIT NOW!!!!! woooohooooo I've not been a 14 for a long time :) It may be just that I've struck lucky with the style of them ...... but I don't care....I'm keeping em to wear & I'll treat myself to some smaller ones aswell ha ha !

Its been another warm one here ! I'm sat covered in aftersun on my sunburn  Well...to say COVERED is a bit of an exaggeration.....its actually all over my LEFT KNEE :sigh: nowhere else:rolleyes::confused: where was the rest of my body?? :flirt2: Tis one of the mysteries of the universe:D

Ive been doing red days since WI on Thurs, I need a good loss this week to get my motivation going again....Plus its my last WI before my Op so I want it to 'count' in case I don't get sw friendly food in hosp. should hopefully only miss the one class as I'm hoping they only keep me in hosp a couple of days (fingers crossed).

not doing a dood diary for the last couple of days, but weve had BBQs of free food, chicken, HM burgers, salad & ive eaten 4 punnets of strawbs in 2 days on top of my normal satsumas and apples.

Well I'm in a wonderful mood today.......

we have managed to book our holiday at last (its been a pain as I can't do anything until at least 12 weeks after the skull graft) so we were looking for November time, allowing for 'just in case' it took longer to heal or there were any probs.

Anyway..... were off to CUBA on 6th Nov for 3 weeks including a 3 day stay in Havana

can't wait I'm soooo excited, done lots of research re the hotel and its nice and flat for me with my dodgy walking.

All I need to do now is get my Aris into gear with my losses & get to target

Ooooh if your stalking I'd best be on my best behaviour Diary wise then eh :D

were going to Guardalavaca for the main bit & doing the 3 day Havana tour...not sure what the hotel is called- My OH has the print out of the details with him at his mums...I'l post it when hes home.

We've been to Mexico 4 times now....love it sooooo much but its kinda wearing a bit thin for 'seeing things' so fancied a change.
