Cookie's diary to be joyously slim

Right the rest of today's food was:-

D = mums soup (2) dumpling x 1.5 (5) , yam, pumpkin, carrot, potato, mutton bits no fat,
A = yogurt, banana, Aldi chocolate (7), small fruit salad. Latte (hex a +1)
total syns = 17.5
:drool: Gorgeous food not bad syn wise for me! I'm going to have my second hi fi bar too as got the taste for chocolate

Hello, I'm getting a little hungry now after my big breakfast. Think I'll have a banana or something now while waiting for tea, food is EE:-
So far I've had nice breakfast, and having chicken for tea, I feel like I want to be really naughty though! Trying to be good why are weekends so hard? :confused:
 
Tea is on, yay! For my snack I've just eaten an egg, banana & had a sugar free latte. I feel ok now, might have to slow tea down to be ready for 6.30 instead. Also I've just whipped up a scan bran cake too ready to pop in the oven, so I'll have a slice of that for my afters, I'm still resisting the naughties :)
 
Just had dinner so food today is EE:-

B = 2 poached eggs, ham, bacon, beans, mushrooms, tomato, rocket, clementine
L = boiled egg, banana, clementine, w/m bread (1/2 hex b) latte (hex a +1.5)
D = mums chicken (3) rice (1), carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, sprouts, butternut squash, gravy (1.5)
A = scan bran cake (1/4 hex b +1), fruit salad & yogurt,

Total syns so far = 8

Cookie your dinner looks really yummy and healthy, the chicken looks scrumptious . Loving the sb cake too with the fresh fruit and yogurt :) .

Hello, how's everyone, I'm sat in shorts and vest, the idea I was going to a fitness DVD as I'm home alone! Well not anymore, I are first so I'm too full to train, never mind, maybe tomorrow?
 
I'm ashamed to say the football is on, I'm recording it for Brett as he's at the game and then he'll ask me things about the game so I feel like I'm doing homework really. Never mind.
 
Food today is EE:-

B = scan bran carrot cake (1.5 & 1/2 hexb), fruit & yogurt
L = salmon (2), egg salad with beetroot, lighter than light mayo (0.5), yogurt.
S = fruit salad
D = jacket potato, cheese (hex a), tuna mayo (6), beans, salad
A = fruit salad & hi fi light bar (1/2 hex b)
Total syns = 10
