Snap ! I had salmon today too :p. Your food look really nice Cookie. I wish I could manage a fitness DVD at home since I can't go to the gym, but the old bad back is stopping me. You should be in for another good loss this week with some body magic and your food being as good as it has :) .

I've just eaten a lovely tea & afters and I'm feeling nice but still a little cold, finding it hard to warm up today. How's everyone? Xx
 
Oh yes I love my baths. Anyway food today is EE:-

B = 2 boiled eggs, fruit & banana
S = 2 x digestives (7) shameful!
L = SW quiche, baked beans, left over veg (carrots, cauliflower, butternut squash, broccoli), banana, clementine & yogurt
D = beef, bean & vegetable stew (1), rice (0.5), sprouts and butternut squash, 1x w/m bread (1/2 hex b)
A = scan bran cake (1/2 hex b +1.5) fruit & yogurt. Munchies (4)
Total syns = 13.5

I've still got my hex a so ill finish with a latte which will take me to 14.5 for the day.
 
Bored? How is that? Its time for just you and your thoughts, I can be in for ages and Brett doesn't bother me at all, I love it. It has to be hot though!
 
Evening Cookie - food day is good chick. I love a hot bath too - sometimes its so hot I feel like im gonna pass out lol oops

Hello Kay,
SW quiche recipe I use incorporates pasta.
1 x packet of pasta n sauce, (any will do, I've used cheese, leek & ham 1syn, cheese & broccoli free, or chicken & mushroom free)
1 x tub fat free cottage cheese 250 or 300g tub I used plain or cheese & chive flavour,
4 x eggs
400ml water
Garlic granules, herbs & seasoning

Method

Fry light spray dish / tin for baking
I whisk the eggs and cheese together in a bowl, add seasoning, pasta n sauce & then the water,
Chop up your veggies, I use mushrooms, onion & peppers and place into the bottom of the dish even,
Pour over a quiche mix
Bake for around 30 - 40 mins, when its cooked I then top with hex a of cheese and love it to melt on the top.

Note:- if using a narrow but deep dish it'll need longer to cook to firm up in the centre.
So its either 1 syn the whole thing or free depending on your pasta n sauce

Oh thanks so much for the recipe Cookie, I'm always looking for low syn recipes that fill me up. I will defo give it a try. What about my butternut squash question ? :p Sorry I'm keeping you busy typing :D

Oh sorry. Butternut squash tastes like a sweet pumpkin to me and I just love it, we peel chop and roast ours in the oven with fry light and herbs, takes about 30-40 minutes depending on the oven. Its one of my usual veggies to me its more filling like a potato than say a carrot, someone at my group just roasts the whole thing then scoop out the flesh from the skin but I've never tried it that way. Xx
 
Me too, we got 3 in Aldi when they were on the super six last week, just one left though :( Brett loves peeling and chopping it too, bonus!
