L = speed soup with added kale,
S = scan bran muffin (2) & satsuma, Greek Aldi coconut yogurt
D = roast turkey & ham, carrot & swede, green beans, sprouts, cauliflower, cheese & spring onion mash (3?) York pud bite (1), onion gravy (2.5), new potatoes. Guessing syns say 8?
A = prunes (hex b) choc chunk (2)

Total syns 12 :)

It's been a very long day, but I'm home, bathed and fed. What more can a girl ask for? :D Football is on though so its a very good time to get on here, how's everyone doing? Xx

Good luck with the house move, hope it all goes really well, try not to get too stressed out. I'm very keen on seeing you in these dresses too, I could do with a couple of new things but not much money at the moment not been paid yet since buying Bo, roll on Monday :) I've told Brett he just laughed. Xxx

I think I might make it again tomorrow for Monday as we've got everything in. Brett's cooking a roast chicken tomorrow night so if he wants i can throw some left overs in his portion. I've never seen a waitrose but I'll google it and see as I do fancy making it, the leaner the better. Thanks Jen xx :)

I tried posting a few times already on the website but its not doing it for some reason! Anyway I hope you've had a good day. I'm being good no birthday cake for me :) I bought a small 4 portion one so Brett'll have eat it over a couple days. He's been very good he vacuumed and mopped today without me asking bless him. Hey Cookie. My weekend is going as planned. Ripped up the carpet in my room, turned down a boozy night out with the girls and just have my hair left to wash now.

Really? Did you intend to rip the carpet but steady on there, no boozy night out with the girls? They'll be cross! But hey, save on syns and a little body magic with the carpet sounds like a win win to me, plus glossy hair to boot. I like it xx

Good evening :) I have to say the weekend goes really slow when your working then the moment you get home it feels like it speeds up super quick! Also I realised I didn't post my food for yesterday :sign0007:

Saturdays food was EE:-

B = 2 bananas, satsuma & 3 mini rolos (2.5)
L = speed soup, fruit salad
D = spinach & mushroom cannelloni, salad cheese (hex a)
A = scan bran muffin (2), fruit & yogurt, 2 cubes of chocolate (3)
S = hi fi light rocky road (3) prunes (hex b)

Total syns = 10.5 :)
