Evening Cookie, your day out sounds like so much fun :) . I love Zizzi yum ! I'm sure you will be fine hun. But don't base your result around the one meal you had out because its different strokes for different folks hun . I've had weeks where I've ate out and gained and I've had weeks where I've lost, reason being our weight loss is determined by so many other factors in the week than just one meal out. I know you've been enjoying your graze box this week too and its great it all fits into the SW plan, there are so many health benefits to having nuts and seeds, but for example I don't have them because I find when I do I have a gain, so we are all different hun. The rest of the week you have been fab, so I'm sure you'll do super duper well and you've done some body magic this week, so its all good :p.

Hello Kay, I was just on my way to yours. I'm just a bit disappointed with myself, I've been strong all week but I let myself down really. X
 
Oh don't be disappointed with yourself, 1 meal isn't going to make that much difference, you could go on SW website & see if the syn value is listed, would that make you feel better?

Awwwwww look at Rowan how he's growing and such a sweetie, I like them when they are like that, and when they are about 2 they are brilliant then with all the questions & so cheeky, :D then when they start school I think you should be able to give them away, lol x
 
Don't be disappointed! And you certainly don't deserve a slap!! It was only one pizza.... We can't be slimming world 100% all the time... Don't be too hard on yourself... As long as you enjoyed it, then that's all that matters, your food has been spot on for the rest of the week, don't worry xx
 
Thank you ladies, I can't tell you the last time I had pizza until now! I've been on the website the pizza is 472 cals = 23 syns, I'm deducting 6 for the cheese as it was spotting so maybe 17. Its a pity I couldn't hex b the base really as it was wholemeal, I did enjoy it though. Fingers crossed xxx
 
Ooh I feel better now :) the weird thing is, the salad i was going to have is 872 calories! I've had it before too, how can that be so high? Leaves, squash, goats cheese & lentils! Plus dressing that's still ridiculous isn't it? If I lose weight tomorrow when we meet up next month I'm going to be more relaxed with my food.

Also some of the salads have toasted seeds on top for garnish which carry a lot of cals my C told me :rolleyes: . I used to love toasted sesame seeds but had to stop when I foundout they are 8.5 syns for 28g :eek: better off using 1 tsp of sesame oil for 2 syns ! :p

I think your right, I can't remember what the dressing was but it double hearts next to it on the menu, it was one if their superfood salads. I had no idea toasted sesame seeds were so high, mind you I bet you get a lot for 28g, are they not a hex b?
I suppose 22 syns for the day isn't as bad as I thought :):) here's hoping I'll get away with it. Xx
 
Food update, today I've just realised is Green, my primavera pizza had wholemeal base, tomatoes, aubergine, mushroom, artichoke (really nice).
Total syns 22 :sign0007: better than I first thought, I'm still under 105 for the week so :cross: fingers crossed. Xx

Good Luck for WI hun - just reading about your Pizza etc. You will still have a loss as everyone said it was 1 meal and your still under syns on the week. well done x
