It's lovely that so many have joined the salad challenge. Jesse, you can do any kind of body magic even walking is good so please don't worry, so far I'm on my third drink which will take me to first litre before lunch time, go me! Lil, I'll have to ask the organisers to see if there is a thread, if not we'll just post on each others with pics to keep us encouraged for the week.
I'm back in work on 12-9 this week which means I'm having my lunch and dinner in work, have to be super organised! I also managed a 30 minute exercise DVD intended to do more but I had a big lie in.

L = cucumber tuna sandwich with lighter mayo (0.5), fruit & scan bran muffin (2)
S = fruit salad & skimmed milk latte
D = chicken & egg salad with beetroot, mayo (1)
A = prunes & yogurt
