I agree Michelle. Anyway hello all. Very pleased to be home, had to bring my body armour cover home to wash as it smelt awful after these sweaty days and my course. It'll be fresh for work in Sunday
Had an easy day and did finish a bit early too. House is clean and tidy, washing done, have chopped up pineapple and melon in the fridge for tomorrow as were thinking we'll go up to Hollingworth Lake for a walk and a picnic lunch. I'm planning on being good but need to think about what to take with us so I don't get tempted to eat Brett's goodies.
Today's food is SE:-
B = fruit salad
L = chicken & egg salad, mayo (1), 2doughnut peaches
S = banana & 5 pop chips (1.5), pineapple
D = 1/2 jacket potato, cheese (a) lmc sausage, beans, butternut squash, huge salad
A = chocolate bit (3), hi fi peanut bar (b)
Total so far = 5.5 and still an a + b to use too
I've also drank 2 litres of water so far today. I'm also not sore anymore, Fridays looking good
Oh just remembered had a piece if Brett's pizza too
Syns now is = 12 so still within my daily amount.
