Hello, I didn't get chance to get on minis at all yesterday work was busy & exhausting.

The spicy vegetable stew was absolutely gorgeous, the BF loved it too so will definitely make it again. Then last night my Aunty Flo decided to pop by with a surprise visit (although I shouldn't have been surprised) so been located ever since.


Anyway Monday's food:-
breakfast = 1/2 gala melon, yogurt & 1/3 scan bran cake
Lunch = salmon skewer (1) salad with pasta & 2xcheese triangle, 1/3 scan bran cake, fruit & yogurt.
Snack = banana & prawn cocktail hoops & crosses (4.5)
Dinner = vegetable stew with couscous, few chippy chips (4.5),


Total syns = 10 syns. Wish I hadn't had the chippy chips as made me feel very bloated. On the plus side, the stew was gorgeous so I'll be having it tonight too & probably tomorrow as there's so much of it x
 
In work later but my meals are not much different for today.
Breakfast = 1/2 gala melon & yogurt.
Lunch = salmon skewer (1), egg & couscous salad & dressing (1), fruit & yogurt.
Snack = beef space raiders (3) satsuma.
Dinner = vegetable stew & couscous, hi fi light bar (hex b)

i would've had some scan bran cake but I was greedy and ate today's portion yesterday. I'll buy some more at my weigh in tomorrow which I'm dreading as I'm so bloated but fingers crossed the gain is minimal. X
 
Hello, I'm ok well a bit blue I gained 1.5lbs I weighed early as I'm off today. I know some of it is due to my star week but I think I ate a bit too much Sunday Monday and Tuesday probably due to coming on but I'm ok I can get that off. I just need to focus properly and ask myself am I really hungry before I eat it.

I'm out for tea tonight with the girlies for a heartbreak repair tea due to my friend being newly single but the girls know I'm slimming so I should be ok & I'm driving too so no glass of pink for me tonight.

Food today:-
Hex a = cheese, Hex b = ?

Breakfast = whole gala melon.
Lunch = turkey burger grilled with salad, 2cheese triangles, couscous. Fruit salad & strawberry muller light.
Snack = ? Not sure yet
Dinner = ? Not sure yet
 
Hello, we'll dinner was good, my friend Vicky is coping really well so far bless her & we had her laughing most of the evening. Food wise was a bit of a struggle, we went to pizza express & I couldn't work out the syns on the app for a few things prior to ordering so I stayed safe but the syns are still quite high really

Snack = 2 bananas & hi fi SW bars (hex b)
Dinner = Out ~ Bosco salad no dressing or avocado (chicken, mushrooms, garlic, spinach & rocket leaves, tomato, little goats cheese hex a, 4 dough sticks) I counted 2 syns for each dough stick & I had a tsp of balsamic vinegar in total I counted 10 syns for the salad with an extra 2 for the oil in the mushrooms. Everyone else had either dough balls or bruschetta to start, I had a cup of tea, then the salad for my main course, then when I came home I had chocolate buttons (8)

Total syns for yesterday = 19/105 so 86 left

My C said I should count my syns as I run them down over the week. I'm a little worried as I've lots of meals out as its my birthday 31/8 so out for lunch today, lunch & dinner out on Saturday, and then dinner on Tuesday night. If I'm not careful I'll be looking like a pudding again by Sunday. Xx
 
I'm out for lunch today, didn't know about it until last night but there it is. Going to Applewood Farm which is somewhere not sure where really so I will be getting the sat nav out, apparently they do the most enormous cakes & puddings OMG!

The BF has suggested I bring him one home as he's never been either and I have to admit that I'm a little bit scared I might crack. Yesterday at my meeting I planned to only have a dessert or cake on my birthday which is Saturday. My plan is, to stick to that which would've been easy had I not been going out.

All I can say is I'm going to try my best - wish me luck xx
 
Hello minis, I have survived the luncheon, phew it was hard work but I'm a little pleased with my choice, there was a carvery so I ordered a small plate & had no pudding, result! I did buy some for the BF though.
Food today:-
breakfast = fruit & yogurt.
Lunch = turkey, ham, mushy peas, carrots & swede, cauliflower, sprouts, roast parsnips (2), boiled potatoes, onion gravy (1/2) corn on the cob no butter, ~ resisted the Yorkshire pudding & roasties yay!
Snack = muller light & banana.
Dinner = turkey burger, egg, 2cheese triangles, couscous (1/2), salad & butternut squash. Then cherry bakewell scan bran cake with fruit & yogurt but I had two teaspoons of cake so guessing (4) syns it was delicious.

Total syns 7. I've still got half hexb so will have a hi fi bar as supper
 
Ooh forgot to mention, applewood farm is not a farm but a huge pub, I not discovered this when I got there. See below the temptation I've had to put with today image.jpgimage.jpg so I bought this for Brett & he loved it, I did too but two tsp was it!

They do don't they when we get to our target and if we have a meet in manchester, we have to go there! No what am I talking about its hell there we'd be back where we started but it'd be such a test of wills!! Xx
 
Manchester is a good place for a meet. I've forgot to say I had a doughnut peach today, very yummy and now I'm off for a bath before the BF breaks open the Pringles. I hate them but I have some when I see him eating them. Distraction is the technique for me tonight.x
