I've had a busy weekend, worked o/t on Saturday morning, then down to Wolverhampton to visit the family which was lovely.
Then TOTM came on Sunday, great! The rest of Sunday was basically spent eating and shopping, Brett took me out for brunch then for tea too. I ate too much food but it was on plan.
Saturday was EE:-
Breakfast = fromage frais, fruit & egg
Lunch = chicken salad, Mayo (1), couple of fries (2) fruit platter
Snack = sugar free ginger skinny latte (a), banana, 1/2 slice of white bread (2.5)
Dinner = mums soup, pumpkin, breadfruit (2.5), mini dumpling (3.5)
Afters = scan bran bun (b), 2 Choc cubes (3)
Total syns = 14.5
Hea = milk
Heb = scan bran
Sunday was EE:-
Breakfast = persimmon & 1/2 banana
Lunch = scrambled eggs, beans, tomatoes, slice of dry toast (b) Brett's very good ordered it dry and took one slice from me
Snack = latte (a) Costa skinny sugar free ginger syrup, very nice & festive!
Dinner = Carvery Dinner ~ roast turkey & ham, mash (2), new potatoes, carrots, cauli, french beans, sprouts, mushy peas, onion gravy (2), bite of Yorkshire pudding (1.5), 1/4 of sausage (1), cranberry sauce (2)
Afters = nothing too stuffed
Total Syns = 9.5
Hea = milk
Heb = bread
Still planning today's food, but I'm in work 2-midnight
