Cookie's diary to be joyously slim

Sounds like you've had a really productive weekend. Why too much food, it looks ok, you've not gone over syns. I may be wrong here, but I'm sure I read on somebody else's diary, that the latte is hexa & 2.5 syns, don't ask whose diary I can't remember, it may not even be that latte!!!! x

S today is looking like it's going to be green

Breakfast = scan bran bun, berries & yogurt

Lunch = veg soup with pumpkin, fruit platter & yogurt

Snack = persimmon, banana, hi fi lights (b) latte (a & 2.5) I could ask for a short one but its worth the extra syns)

Dinner = jacket cheese & beans with salad using laughing cow light blu cheese for a change!

Afters = graze cake (5), black berries & raspberries.

Total syns = 7.5
Hea = cheese & milk
Heb = scan bran & hi fi lights

I always love your diary Cookie, it's always so colourful and full of superfree!!

Sounds like you had a lovely weekend, I ate out a lot too but mine wasn't always so on plan... whoops!
I tried persimmons a couple of weeks ago for the first time and wasn't that impressed. I think maybe I got a bad bunch! They weren't very tasty! x
 
Good morning ladies

Hope everyone is well. Chelle thank you for making the bath bombs, my girlfriends will love them!
Anyway I was a bit naughtier than planned yesterday, my graze pack cake was 7 Syns not 5, then I had a small bit of brownie at work for around 8 syns so I finished on 15, actually I didn't had a couple of chips so 17 syns. Can I please blame my TOTM for making me a bit nibbly!

Anyway today is a new day and apart from feeling tired and saggy around the middle, I feel fine. I didn't get my 2nd hea yesterday so making it up for it now with a skinny latte with sugar free hazelnut, gorgeous. It would appear I'm becoming a wee bit addicted but I think I'm ok with one every other day,

Today I'm planning a red day should be something like this:-

Breakfast = scan bran bun, persimmon,

Lunch = red onion & Rosemary sausages, butternut squash & salad, pickles mayo (1)

Snack = banana, fruit platter, scan bran bun, latte (2.5)

Dinner = roast chicken, butternut squash, sprouts, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, gravy (1.5)

Afters = not sure yet

Hea = milk & ?
Heb = scan bran & ?

I was tempted to add cheese once I'd started eating it but was too lazy to stop eating it to get some, I've had a yogurt too.

I've decided my 2nd heb will either be pistachios, 28 are a heb but you get 29 in a graze pack so I'll bin one if I decide to have it, or if I want something sweet I'll go for a hi fi chocolate bars as there delicious!

Right off to work have a good day xx

Hello

Flying visit today as I've been a busy bee cleaning the downstairs, Brett's been painting last night so some of the photos are now back in place and I've set the dining table ready for us to eat on from now on instead of trays on our laps. There's no excuse now we've expended up downstairs. It's looking really nice so far. We need a number of things though:-

New curtains front and back
New flooring
New plant pot plate as the hole in the present one means water has been leaking all by mid December if possible

Then 2015
New sofa in the new year! But still can't decide which I like!
It's fair to say the house costs will affect holidays next year but we're happy with the changes so far,

Anyway work in a sec until midnight. I'm so tired

Food is Green:-

Breakfast = banana & persimmon

Lunch = scan bran, berries, fromage frais, skinny latte (a +2.5)

Snack = fruit platter & banana, pickles

Dinner = spinach & mushroom cannelloni, butternut squash & spinach leaves

Afters = graze cake (4), yogurt

Hea = milk & cheese
Heb = scan bran & ? Still got last nights pistachios and hi fi bars as I picked on prawn crackers, why I don't know ill try to be better tonight
