Good evening, I gained 3lbs at wi!

I must try harder to plan and then stick to the plan. I'm ashamed to say I beat myself up over it when I got home from wi which isn't like me at all but I'm ok now today is the start of my new SW week and I'm going to cook some nice food, try to vary it up a bit as I can get a bit samey.

I know I can lose the weight and have a good week ahead so here's to fresh start Thursday.

In the regards to the house I will take some day time pics of our progress and post them tomorrow or Saturday.

Good afternoon

I'm off work today but not done very much really, been shopping but forgot half of what I needed but it seems to be my way so I'm not fussed, will probably pop to Aldi for a few bits and Brett can collect the other stuff tomorrow or Sunday.

Woke up feeling really positive which is always a bonus and I've been thinking about what I want to eat this week but I've a few social events coming up too
Friday - staying in
Saturday - out for tea with Brett and then birthday drink for my friend Sian's 40th, have to say she's very unhappy about being 40
Sunday - brunch with my friend Guy who's up for the weekend with his hubby
Monday - staying in
Tuesday - lunch out ( but not yet confirmed) as day off, staying in for tea
Wednesday - who knows
Thursday wi before work eek!

Saturday and Sunday are tricky as I'm working 7-5 both days, so Saturday need to be home by 10.30pm and then get my bag ready for work. On Sunday I'll be in 7-11 then 2-5 which gives me 3hrs off to get changed, get into town, have brunch and leave to go back to work. I'm looking forward to Sunday more than Saturday as guy and I were at Uni together, his train back to London is at 2.30 so it'll fit in nicely. We'll both have to remember our respective partners this time as we waffled on like back in the old days.

Wow that's quite a lot of chitter chatter for me! Sorry if it's boring I just feel good. Also remembered I need to get Xmas cards bought and I want an advent calendar, Malteser if I can get one. I'll update food later once I've more of an idea.

Thanks. I've kept up my busy day by making some egg frittata in muffin tins, 1.5 syns for all 12 because I added a laughing cow light to it. They taste nice and good for snacking on which was what we spoke about in group yesterday. I also cooked chicken tikka masala for tea which I intended to do yesterday but Brett suggested we have it tonight instead.

Ooh that reminds me yesterday's food was Green:-

Breakfast = banana & scan bran bun (2)

Lunch = jacket with cheese & beans, salad

Snack = persimmon & 1/4 slice of pumpkin loaf (5) - Brett had the rest!

Dinner = 1.5 B free wrap pizza (b) mushrooms courgette, peppers & tomatoes, cheese (a) salad & butternut squash chips


After = cooked Apple (2) yogurts,

Total Syns = 9
Hea = cheese x2
Heb = b free wrap

Friday's food is EE:-

Breakfast = scan bran bun, berries & yogurt

Lunch = egg muffins, fruit & banana, latte (a +1)

Snack = scan bran bun

Dinner = chicken tikka masala, rice mixed with carrots, peas & sprouts, 1/2 mini peshwari naan (5)

Afters = cooked Apple (2), yogurt

Total syns = 8
Hea = skimmed milk
Heb = scan bran

Good evening

Home from work, just had tea and I'm staying in! Have passed my apologies to Sian for her birthday, I'm really tired and having to go out for 8.30pm when I'm up at 5:45 am is no joke. As it happens I'll be seeing her for tea on Wednesday anyway where we'll exchange Xmas presents so I hope Chelle's parcel of goodies arrives in time, fingers crossed.

Food today is EE:-

Breakfast = berries, fromage frais, scan bran

Snack = banana & fruit platter, small latte (a)

Lunch = veg soup, persimmon, sausage (5)

Dinner = toast (4.5), egg muffins, baked beans, mushrooms

Afters = bite of cake (2), scan bran buns (b)

Total syns = 11.5
Hea = milk
Heb = scan bran

Thanks Jen, it's difficult because I do miss out on nights out at the weekend with my non cop pals, but she's ok with it, well I hope so, I'll know for sure on Wednesday, x

I'm looking forward to one of Chelle's parcels too

Me too and that'll mean I'll have my first Xmas presents and we're still in November, that's fantastic for me. I'm not a last minute girl but I can usually get what I want 2nd weekend in December! It'll be good to have them done a little earlier though xx
