Wow that was some restraint only eating the gingerbread man's head. Rain and high winds woke me up around 4.30 down here this am. Can't be nice having to be out working in it. Sunday am sounds good especially after the night out in that weather.
 
You are definitely strong! I would have eaten a lot more than 2 fries and a ginger bread mans head!!

It was hard, in fact it was rock hard had to dunk him into my hot vimto just to soften his head up, it gave me time to decide not to bother with the rest of him. The fries were far too moorish! Just one more tempting shift to go! Xx

Its awful, can hear the wind outside (still in bed) last one tonight though yay! I'm looking forward to my soup lunch at 1 so I've time to get up and in the bath before then xx

Hello all, its my day off today yay! Boy its cold outside, I had to scrape the car this morning! Oh I also must update my food additions for yesterday.

All went according to plan, my banana bread was delicious each slice worked out to be 109 calories so I need to add (6) syns making my total 9 for Sunday I think!
Not bad at all, there was no other tempting food today. Everyone thankfully either brought food in from home or had sandwiches. My tea was delicious I kinda wish I had more left overs of it to finish!

Today I've been shopping, bought and made leek & potato soup which was nice & free yay! Xx

Ooh I've been busy! After making leek & potato soup, I've also made some golden vegetable soup and I've got a veg curry cooking in the slow cooker for tomorrow night.

Now to get ready to go out for tea, but today's food so far is EE:-
B = scrambled egg & fruit salad
L = leek & potato soup, w/m toast (1/2 hex b) cheese slice (1/2 hex a), fruit salad & yogurt.
S = space raiders (3) & grapes
D = ??? Not sure where were going but I've 12 syns to play with. Really hoping we go to Nando's but I know we won't but wish me luck xxx
 
Hello everyone, I'm back home after a lovely catch up with the girlies, we've not seen each other since the wedding in September so it was brill. For dinner we ended up at a Thai buffet, the same place the BF took me to on my birthday night. I ate the following:-

Cherry tomatoes
Sweet corn
Cucumber
Carrots
Red onion
Lettuce,
Cabbage
Papaya salad (cucumber, green beans, red peppers, papaya, peanuts, tomatoes, onion - very refreshing)
7 chips in total (good)
Steamed Jasmine rice
Satay chicken slices.
I didn't have any dressing or anything fried although I think they cook the chicken on a flat plate but it didn't look fatty

I'm hoping I did OK no prawn crackers or pudding for me. I had one large diet coke and two pots of black tea. Not sure about syns any suggestions? Xx
 
Probably about 6 peanuts as they were split in half and then maybe two breasts of chicken worth of satay slices. Xxx
 
25grms of dry roasted peanuts are 8 syns - all plans & the chicken satay is proving a bit more difficult, anywhere between 1-1.5 syns, but not many really so don't think you did to bad;)

Thanks happy, I had 12 left over for the day so I think I'm on plan. Phew! Xx

Thanks Tasha, I tried hard but still felt like I over ate as was extremely full. I was suppose to have my hi fi light bar for my afters when I got home but I just couldn't manage it. I hope your having a nice morning and good luck for wi tonight. Xx
 
Tuesday food is EE:-

B = fruit salad (raspberries, melon, blueberries, blackberries, grapes) & yogurt.
L = Golden vegetable soup, fruit salad (with kiwi and extra melon)
S = hi fi SW light bar & latte (1/2 hex b, hex a & 2)
D = vegetable curry (carrots, swede, mushrooms, courgettes, tomatoes, spinach, butternut squash, sprouts, mixed bean salad) with rice.
A = scan bran carrot cake (1/2 hex b & 2) that's if I make one, if not it'll be another hi fi bar or a yogurt if I'm hungry.

I also plan to drink lots of water. I'm on my own tonight as the BF is going to watch football so I shouldn't have anyone tempting me to eat anything naughty. Xxx
