Hello hello, and thank you ladies for your kind words about my weight loss this week. Feeling good.
Katie, I make the rice pudding myself to ensure it is syn free. I bought pudding rice and cooked it in water, sweetener, cinnamon and vanilla or caramel essence. I just cooked it until all the water has absorbed and to my taste. I really enjoy it but I think I'm a bit addicted to it now! Xx

I've just realised I missed updating food yesterday
Fridays food is EE:-
B = banana & clementines
S = hi fi light bar (1/2 hex b)
L = BBQ chicken (0.5), turkey & egg salad, extra lighter mayo (0.5), fruit salad & quality street toffee finger (2)
D = bolognaise, carrots, broccoli, sprouts, cauliflower, chips (2.5)
A = rice pudding, fruit & yogurt
Then ww salt & vinegar crisps (4) latte (hex a +2)
Total syns = 12
Saturdays food is EE:-
B = scan bran cake (1/2 hex b + 1.5), fruit salad & yogurt
L = tuna & egg salad, extra lighter mayo (0.5), rice puffing, fruit & yogurt
S = clementines & kiwi' hi fi light bar (1/2 hex b)
D = roast dinner at the pub: turkey, ham, new potatoes, cauliflower, carrot & swede mash, mushy peas, sprouts, green beans, 1/2 Yorkshire pudding, 1/2 stuffing ball, 1/4 sausage, mash, onion gravy, tsp cranberry sauce = (10)
Up to 12 so far, think I will probably have a bag of mini buttons which are 3 syns taking me up to 15, so I'm very happy with food today

Brett took me out for tea tonight, was supposed to seeing some girlfriends but was cancelled so Brett said I'll have to go out with him, but I like going out with him anyway and he paid so it was win win. Then he went on the fruit machine spent £2 and won £37. I was well impressed, he's put it in a jar in our room to save up for something, isn't he good?

and great that he paid!! Fantastic win on the fruit machine too! Are you saving for anything in particular? I've been out with mum this afternoon just in the local town and Asda.. I manged to spend over £30 even though I only had about 6 things on my list!
Mum's ok thanks.. She's not impressed with fb so is deleting her account

Not saving for anything in particular I just suggested we save it as we don't do much in January. We haven't agreed on any plans this year yet but I suppose it'll go on treats later in the year.
Re FB, i can't say I blame her, my account was closed up until April last year or so then Brett reactivated it by accident but its good to record memories of good times & the gossip too! Will she reconsider, give it another month?

Awww, we set Babs up on fb so she could keep in touch with her grandchildren but she didn't get it.
