I've not been feeling my usual self today, I've kept to plan but my scales aren't looking good :beam:
Hello all, I'm still a bit worried about my weight and huge tummy. Brett says I'm over thinking it and stressing myself out!
No more, anyway I've been to the shops but I forgot to pick up some peppermint tea like Kay suggested :brainfart:
Never mind, I've had a look at my food and your views and I really enjoy what I'm eating and the portions are quite hearty but then I'm not filling my face on loads of naughty foods.
Food today is EE:-
B = 1/3 of fruit salad & yogurt
L = chicken & egg salad with lighter than light mayo (1), 1/3 fruit salad & banana.
Dinner is to be decided, I'm thinking either a beef & bean chilli or lasagne? Can't decide xx
