I understand what you mean Dawn, and I agree that for alot of people who have issues with food will always have an issue..

BUT..

It's how to deal with these issues is the main thing.

I think I'll ALWAYS have to watch what I eat for the rest of my life, but so what? I have abused my body so much that's it's only now i realise what affect it's having.

Don't be sad, you're not being negative, but don't think that it will control your life. Eventually you will train your brain in thinking of what is good for your body x
