Well done L L! I thought weeks one and seven were difficult, so get through this week and you will see a difference very quickly!

Week 5 starts on Wednesday for me. Am a little scared but I managed week 4.
I'm done. Week 9, day 3 passed without incident. After a few days off to rest an injury, I got back on the treadmill and enjoyed it so much!
