I'm on the last week! 30 mins is no harder than 28 mins so in terms of jumps between weeks its probably one of the easier ones (that first 20 min run I think is the biggest jump in week 5)

I'm running out of podcast now, havent been able to find a decent 10k one, so have instead splashed out on a fancy GPS watch to try and progress my running to the next stage. It tells me how far I've run, has a heart monitor, lap timings, links up to your PC and feedsback your runs for analysis and all sorts! Ordered on Amazon the other day so hopefully will turn up in time for the weekend.

And I thought running would be a cheap way to exercise!

Wow Mandy you are doing fab! I did 25 mins yesterday and today. my legs were tired after today's run. rest now until Sat or Sun.

Dont know if im looking forward to week 4 with 3 and 5 minute runs Arrghhhhhh couldnt have ever imagined myself running for that long 3 weeks ago - feeling good for it though.
 
Well, that's the end of Week 6 - never imagined I'd say running 25 minutes had felt OK!

Just got back from Week 3 Run 1, can't believe I managed to do it! I did find the 3 minutes quite tough and was very tempted to stop but I didn't and I'm really pleased I didn't now, did forget my water though and I'm always so thirsty even when not running so don't think that helped! X

Well I've just completed Week 3, hubby even came with me! Problem is now I'm panicking I won't be able to do Week 4, from an unfit persons point of view should I repeat Week 3 or just go for it?!

Also I've got a question about speed.. Does it matter if I'm not doing more than a jog?! I really am slow and even though I haven't stopped I don't know whether it's better to repeat weeks and get faster or just carry on plodding along at my own speed? X
