Nothing much during the day but curry evening and alcohol with friends so not the best for night before weigh in but sod it! Sounds like we're both gunna have a good Friday lol x

L Pea and ham soup ( really filling ) , muller yoghurt

D SW lasagna , using Colmans cheese sauce mix and skimmed milk . 3.5 syns per portion.
Leftover veg from Sunday roast.

Didn't have a very good day yesterday as was at bf parents and they had done me a bday cake lol oops! Never mind.

Today's food -

Didn't have brekky

L - pasta and tomato salad with chicken and salad dressing (3)

D - SW curry from Iceland with brown rice and brocolli, Muller light for afters!
 
Oh I thought it was this Friday ( your birthday ) sounds nice though x

What was the SW curry like ? it's the only I have yet to try x
 
It is this Friday but his parents have moved 100 miles away lol so we celebrated with them this weekend just gone as we won't see them now for a while.

It was lovely, just enough spice too it. Tasted very naughty! Would recommend it definitely.
 
I took today off as it's the school holidays. We have been at a soft play today for hours the boys did not want to leave.

Still need to make that hunters chicken! I'm jealous when I read you've had it.

Skipped brekky again, gotta get myself organised!

D - pasta with pesto (3) and hex a cheese

Snack - bourneville (8)

Massively failed on the fruit and veg today, think I'm in birthday mode already! Must have a good day tomorrow.
 
Oh I love pasta with pesto and cheese, I must have that soon. ( simple but lovely )

Hunters chicken is so easy really defo give it a try.

Oh I love an all day breakfast. I have got bacon etc in for tomorrow to have the same.

Thank youuuu!! Miraculously I had an on plan breakfast and I think lunch will be too.. However dinner will be as far off plan as it's possible to go lol x
 
Didn't make it to weigh in this morning, when my alarm went off at 7 I had only been in bed about an hour and was definitely too drunk to drive!

Going to a christening at 12 so won't be able to go to the later one today either so just writing it off.
