Well done spinning is defo hard !!

I stayed the same which I'm quite pleased about after Saturday. I am definitely sticking to syns all week though. ( no cheat day )

How did you do ?
 
I put on 1lb but again I am fine with that, had a terrible weekend food wise last week so I'm just glad it wasn't mine.

Let's both stick to it 100% this week and we will see how well we can both do!
 
Sounds like a plan at least you know why. I am counting my syns per week and subtracting them off the total each day. I had wine last night and pitta bread with my takeaway but I've counted every syn.
 
That's what it's all about though, enjoy your syns that's what they're there for!

Just some quick advice if you don't mind, which would u go for if you were eating out..
Vegetable lasagne - comes with garlic bread
Or a chicken roast dinner

Taking my mum out for Mother's Day lunch and these look like the safest 2 options but not sure which would be best. I am having fruit and yogurt for breakfast and SW chilli for dinner so I have all my days syns to use.
 
I would probably go for the chicken dinner. Syns would be gravy, roast potatoes and maybe some butter on the veg. I love lasagna but to me garlic bread and the cheese in itself would be really high. There might be cheese in the layers rather than just on top ? I guess both would fit in with your syns if you account for it but I'm thinking there will be veg for your third superfree with the Chicken dinner ? Have a nice day whichever you decide to go for.

Yesterday's food

B - wm toast b with light marg 2

L - beef roast dinner (syns for gravy and 2 roasties, didn't eat the Yorkshire as it was huge and would have been at least 500 syns lol!)

D - SW chilli and a muller for desert
 
Today's eats

B - magic porridge with raspberries

L - ham and egg salad with balsamic (1)

D - steak, new pots, carrot and broccoli. Bbq sauce (3)

Off to body pump tonight too. Feel a new wave of motivation today!
Have u seen the recipe for chicken supreme on the website? Definitely on my list for this week!

Yesterdays food

B Bacon , egg, mushrooms, beans and toast ( more brunch really so skipped lunch )

D SW Singapore noodles, muller, banana, apple.
Hifi bar and extra milk


Today
B Magic porridge with mixed berries. ( honey 1 )
L Soup, muller , Quavers ( total Lent fail )

D pasta, sauce made with toms, peppers, red onion. mushrooms and garlic etc . Sw Frozen meat balls .

Will check out the chicken supreme it sounds really nice. I'm glad you are feeling motivated again yaay !!
 
What soup is it that you have for lunches? Or do you mix it up a bit?
 
I mix it up a bit. Its always got loads of veg in and usually lentils. I make it quite chunky so it fills me up loads. I often add bacon or chicken too .
 
Might make some up this weekend again. I bought the little book of soups from group a few weeks ago but haven't made any yet. I want to find a leek and potato recipe for soup too as that's usually yummy and filling!

L - jacket potato with cheese a and beans and a satsuma

D - pasta with meat free meatballs and tomato sauce made with tomato onion sweet corn and mushroom, sprinkle of cheese (3)

Hello I have bought a fitbit to try and get up off my butt a bit more. Lots of people use them at my group to track their activity so we'll see how I go .

Today's food.

L soup, muller yoghurt, sugar snap peas.

D Salmon, golden savoury rice, steamed veg.

Off to zumba in a bit too.

I have a jawbone up which is the same sort of thing. I like mine, helps me keep active and if I know I'm near my target of steps it will push me to move more so I can get it! Also it's really interesting as it tracks sleep and stuff too :) I've set an vibrating reminder on mine if I'm sat still for more than an hour during the day it vibrates to remind me to get up and have a wander lol.

I'm off to London tomorrow but think we are eating at Zizzi which means I can make a sensible choice!
 
I had a good day which turned bad when I got home. I ate my body weight in chocolate. I had a real bad day at work and I found some Christmas chocolates in the cupboard . I weight heavy today .Gonna miss WI tomorrow and have wine tonight and a lie in . Back on it 100 % tomorrow hopefully .
 
Bless you, sometimes you need to give in and have a bit of naughty. Enjoy it and get back on track tomorrow like I'm sure you will xx
