Thanks guys and well done everyone who sts . We're all winners no matter what. Well so glad my night shifts are over that I can get to eating properly feel so bloated and stuffed . Just have to decide what lovely treats I'm having for tea xxxxx
 
Feeling a bit :cry:here as I had a sts and have had a really good and on plan all week.

I have never had a sts before and only had one gain of a pound and a half over Christmas week so feeling a bit flat and miserable.

I know I just have to take it on the chin and keep plodding!

Please don't feel bad about it. It's way better than a gain and you've now had your WI reset and can start again xxx

It will so all come off next week, but it is awful when u feel you have done well and then u don't see the results but on saying that youve got a great attitude about it preparing yourself for trying to cope with it so well x

snap mine was too, although i do know why. its so frustrating when you have followed exactly isn't it.

i am sure we will all have a better week :D

I think we are all looking for a bumper week this week.. I also stayed the same last Sat but after a disastrous weekend i might even face a gain this Sat!! :-(

But that's it... I am sooooo back in the right place mentally!

I have a full day of planning new meals tomorrow and I am going shopping on Sat to buy lots of SW friendly foods!!

I think Jan has been a tough month for a lot of people but were nearly in feb now!! Lol xxx
 
Hi Curvys,

I wondered if anyone knew any sin free or low sin dips for crudités??

I am wanting to take some raw veg (carrots, celery ect) to work to nibble on but would love a dip to go with them!! Xxx
 
Going to get lots of fish tomorrow and some detox tea- Have had a crisp fest tonight and had 2 pkts of french fries to cheer me up!

peck chilli

whizz it up and syn free hummus sp!!

I use cottage cheese as a dip - no mixing required :)
