Rosie I work in recruitment so it's really sales driven.. Some days I just wanna leave..

In a better humour now though, been to Gaelic, only managed to do about 15 minutes and my legs started cramping like the dickens!

5 syns for a protein shake to help aid muscle recovery..

Dinner was slice bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and eggs - utterly comfort food and totally delish.

So I've managed this week so far to save 25 syns for the ball on Thursday!
 
Good morning everyone! Feeling a lot better today!

Breakfast : overnight oats (hexb), berries and yoghurt, banana

Lunch : mc Cain jacket potato (1 syn), salad, Tuna and half hex A laughing cow

Snack : Apple, baby tomatoes, mini kit Kat and half hex a milk

Snack after work : tea, yoghurt and blueberries

Dinner : chicken with garlic, carrot and butternut squash chips with mushy peas

Good morning!!! Cinderella is going to the ball tonight and she is super duper excited

Breakfast : porridge, blueberries, banana and dash milk (1/2 syn)

Lunch : tuna and egg Nicose salad with 1 laughing cow (1 syn)

Snacks : pineapple, Apple, yoghurt

Dinner : will be a buffet dinner so o will try my hardest to pick SW friendly things! That and the unfriendly SW drinking choices I will be making!

I'm excited though!!

Well hi guys!!! So the ball last night was AMAZING and I had an epic time! I did use all of my syns and probably a lil more but I actually didn't go overboard and I'm proud of myself!

Today is a long hangover day that I am hoping will be SW.. No point giving up!

Breakfast : NS squash

Lunch : Moroccan chicken salad and diet coke - love this at my local and it's free!

Dinner : steak, jacket potato and carrots and cauliflower

Diet cokes and dash milk in my tea (1/2 syn)

Hex b and hex A cheese on toast for evening snack ;)

4 syns kit Kat

Good day everyone!

Feeling a lot better today, not loving the scales it has to be said but I shouldn't have peeked! Well tomorrow is WI so going to try and have a light dinner tonight... Heading to the gym today, my legs are stiff so upper body it is!

Need to go to supermarket as well, we don't have much in our cupboards today!!
 
Lol... you need to put them scales in the car until weigh day.. that's what I'm doing after this week...lol..

Anyways good today hasn't been a lot... Gonna make a roast though when I come back from the gym!!!

Breakfast : hex b Special K bar and apple

Lunch : 2 syns caramel, orange and 2 hard boiled eggs

Dinner : I'm making roast beef, potatoes and veggies

Snack : 7 syns biscuits, hex a milk with tea and coke zero

Lost 2lb this week! Pretty happy with that!

This week I'm going to have to flexisyn again as I am heading to Dubai at the weekend to watch my team play Gaelic!

Breakfast : Overnight oats - hex b oats, Apple yoghurt and berries

Snack : carrot sticks, banana, 4 Syn kit Kat

Lunch : baked beans with potatoes, scallions, tomatoes and sliced roast beef

Snack : tea and 3.5 syn Alpen light

Dinner : Spag Bol

Morning guys! I've got my food all prepped and ready to go for today

Breakfast : Dorset cereal (hex b), yoghurt and berries

Snacks : pineapple,grapes and carrot sticks.. 3 rice cakes (4.5 syns) and laughing cow (hex a), 3 syns caramel

Lunch : leftover pasta from last night

Snack : coke zero and pear

Dinner : 1 syn Chinese rice with chicken and veggies

Syns : 17/105
