Ladies ladies ladies, you are seriously lowering the tone. I order you both to have an iv chicken flavoured drip (stock?). Get those thoughts out of your heads, they are bad!

Good morning all and TGIF and POETS Day!

I did tentatively clamber on the scales this morning (and was quite narked to see what I saw given that other half, who accompanied me in my demise last week is now back to pre-holiday weight... whereas I am still showing a HUMUNGOUS XXXX kilo rise! incredible how quickly I regain... wish I lost half as quickly!)

Anyway... I'm avoiding updating tickers etc. etc. because I'm still feeling a bit edgy, and am not in ketosis (and nearly bought 524 croissants on the way to work this morning!), so don't want to have to keep increasing my signature! aaaah!

I didn't buy anything - PHEW - but so easily could have - and again am reminded how this diet artificially "helps" me by controlling my cravings and compulsive eating habits.

On a more positive note, the sun is shining... I've done my hour's walk each morning this week, and I'm looking forward to getting out to the country tonight...
