Hello Jet! hope you're preparing healthy food in between running around everywhere?

Where diets are concerned, I think a lot of it is also down to us. All the diets work if followed closely. But some follow our natural food preferences more closely. If any given diet involves eating things we don't like much, can't be bothered to prepare, or involves too much cooking/organising/planning/whatever and we're not prepared to put that time in, then it won't work.

I can't remember what diet now on here at the moment that some people are following where you pay and your meals are delivered to you. Some would do brilliantly on that.

SW used to work for me... wouldn't now I shouldn't think...


I guess where I'm a litttttle more reticent (realistic?) than you guys re Dukan (although you Atkinsers must be more aware) is that we're all in phase 2 at the moment and YES the weight does fall off if we stick to the rules... So the Dukan diet DOES work...

But in 100 or so pages, we'll be talking about Consolidation and/or Stabilisation even... and I wonder whether we'll all be singing from the same songsheet.

Anyway not here to put a downer on things - just some realism - cos low fat low carb diets are great for the weight loss but it's not easy at target weight to accept that it's not over... and won't be for a heck of a long time.
 
OMFG. I love your outfit. I'll be beasted and made to cry but please dont make me vom! It wont be long before i'll be wearing an outfit like that too
 
We must have posted at the same time Jo. Ive been on conso since i found out i was pregnant (the day i came home from holiday) and have sts so it shows of you follow it you can maintain.
I do have problems following cal counting and other diets as my body has problems digesting carbs, always has done but only properly found out from food testing before i started atkins which is why they work so well for me. Its scientific fact that women cannot "stomach" carbs like men and this is why we bloat so much from eating them. Its certainly changed my life anyway and only time will tell if they do actually have any life changing factors for me. Oliver was only 7mths old and i almost died from my asthma, life support is not so good. It was then i took it upon myself to find out about my diet and what i could do. Thats how i ended up on this forum

hey again ,ive been trying to catch up on some post but i keep getting side tracked lol ..........
and the clothes need ironing to go in the cases OMG lol ,and ive last minute washing to do for holiday to

oh and i bought 3 skirts for my hols too they just come above the knee mmmmmmmm !!

hope we are all ok ......... and im missing u lot already and my holiday hasnt even started yet ....

im planning on sunbathing sunbathing oh and sunbathing but i will try and do some swimming ,i wear contacts so i need to keep the things dry lol .........
 
do the swan neck thing so you dont get wet. I do ;) plenty of walking though?
