Daily chat...

Thats ok. A diary isnt something that has to be completed daily and if you cant come on often you will find yourself lost and will be forever catching up. My advise is to start up a diary if you are serious about joining us, tell us a bit about yourself and that way we can follow you on your journey, much easier than you reading millions of posts to tell us. You can put on what youve been up to, how much youve lost or want to lose, how your feeling, ask questions.........
ok will have a go will try and do it tonight when kids have gone to bed (well their rooms followed by lots of arguing till they finally go to sleep)
 
Some of us have little ones too. Not saying its easy but if your serious then you need to try. Even if you pop in twice a week for 10mins or so. We can see if your eating correctly and you can keep check on the menus and recipe threads to get ideas. It gives you a chance to say hello to everyone and be welcomed on board like everyone else. Some people come on during the day, some at night, some weekdays only and some at weekends. You dont have to come on every day.............we do as we dont have a life off forum!! Lol. I warn you now, we talk about poo very openly too
 
i will remember that gave me a scare !!! see what tomorrow brings dont want to give up thinking its not going to work Ive given up my cider for this diet lol!!

i think has long has i knew we could drink diet coke i was happy ,if i need choc just have a diet coke sorted !!!!!!
 
Nah that never works for me.
I cant believe you dont miss chocolate, ice cream, ice cream sundaes, haagan daaz in most flavours, ben and jerrys again in most flavours, milk shakes, chocolate, pizza, woo woos, pimms, did i mention ice cream?
 
im amazed i dont ....................has my son said to my dad today it's my adiction lol .......
 
An it has been ours since the begining of the year (dukan and atkins) but we still really really miss them. Your a strong person if you dont
