D = Beef with pepper and onion cooked in my own fajita spice mix
S = total 0% yogurt and sf jelly.
Looks fine Chica. Which brand of yoghurt are you using? (And be sure to keep your protein to veg/salad ratio high, usually guess at 66%/33%.) You're possibly a little high on veg here (aka low on protein!).
B - fromage blanc and blackberries, 1/2 Dukan bread
S - apple
L - green salad, boiled eggs and more Dukan bread, yogurt
D - chicken legs, green beans and courgettes, extra Dukan bread (instead of 'normal' bread allowance) and cheese

Brekkie: one egg smoked mackerel omelette & Coffee w. dash skimmed milk
Lunch: grilled prawns and fresh anchovies (I'm going to a Tapas bar so have double checked menu in advance!)
Tea: roasted sardines + 1/2 gallette with cottage cheese
Snack: 1x small chicken breast / 1/2 gallette
Drink: more green tea and water
B: 200g rabbit liver with a tsp of mustard ( so delish , sorry, Jo! )
L: 2 chicken thighs minus the skin
D: 200g oven baked salmon & 4 chopped egg whites sprinkled with paprika and chives
S: Dukan pancakes with quark, cinnamon, vanilla and stevia (egg white only)
Only 1 tbsp diary! Yay, go me!
I sprinkled the salmon liberally with strong paprika before putting it in the oven to bake - so simple but so good! Xx

Unexpected day out yesterday so had to have another PV day

Ham Salad - no dressing (Mr R happy got everything I couldnt have - olives, croutons, new potato)
BNS Cottage Pie (family favourite since Dukan)

25/8 Thursday PP Another day out today but not unexpected so I'm going to be more prepared by taking out my food.
