B - 2 muffins
L - omelette with ham and mushroom and salad
D - salmon/prawns/samphire/broccoli/mangetout/runner beans/ cheese sauce/ 2 muffins/ dukan custard and a vodka to cheer myself up so totally strict from now on!!!!

B- 1 scrambled egg & a few slices of ham
L- savoury gallette , extra light philly & smoked salmon
D- smoked haddock, prawns & mussells
S- sf jelly & strawberry mousse

L: cold chicken with fresh coriander and lime dressing
S: Miso soup (yay!)
T: Bowl of zero yogurt with lime juice
D: beef stirfry with an egg
