B - porridge, apple
L - cheeseburger pie with carrots and squash in the mince and cheese on top, fromage blanc
D - chicken and vegetable soup, tortilla wrap with chicken/salad, custard
Wednesday - carb day
B - porridge, fruit
L - chicken and vegetable soup (leftovers), ravioles (cheese and pasta in one)
D - chicken and squash curry, fromage blanc
Thursday - PP (conso style)
B - porridge
L - white fish and seafood in white sauce, yogurt
D - tuna mayonnaise, rabbit maybe (need to see if I can get one) otherwise more fish
