Attack day 1
B - mexican scrambled eggs, FF yoghurt, sweet gallette
L - boiled eggs and quorn sausages (wanted to have Quorn chicken but didn't realise I'd ran out), herby mayo from the Dukan book
D - Quorn steaks, fried egg, mustard and pepper sauce
Okay day one was a little bit heavy on eggs, but getting there. If there's anyone else who is a veggie doing Dukan tips for the Attack phase would be brilliant. My husband had more or less the same except the real meat versions and he had chicken not sausages at lunch.
