Day 15 (Monday) - PV

B - smoked salmon, mushrooms, onions and egg scramble (like an omelette but all stirred into a pile)
L - chicken and cottage cheese salad with Dukan vinaigrette, oat bran muffins
D - spicy meatballs with tomato, mushroom and red pepper sauce, served with courgette 'tagliatelle'

B - oatbran porridge (WOW - gorgeous!)
L - prawns, boiled egg, cottage cheese, chicken and Dukan vinaigrette
D - hot smoked salmon and soft boiled eggs

D- mince flan & cottage cheese
 
Day 17 (Wednesday) - PV

B - smoked salmon, onion, mushroom and tomato scramble
L - hot smoked salmon and prawn salad, oat bran muffins
D - steak, peppers, mushrooms, onions and broccoli

Im going to do a few PP days to try and kick this sugar addiction I seem to have inherited from some where!!

B: Sweetened Total 0% yogurt

L: 2 Chicken thighs, beef slices, crustless quiche and SF Jelly

D: Mexican Mince (250-500g depending how hungry I am!!), SF Jelly

3 or 4 cups of tea with skimmed milk, 1 black coffee and possibly a can of Pepsi Max

I hate sweetner :(
 
Day 18 (Thursday) - PP

B - smoked salmon, onion and egg scramble
L - Mexican mince, oatbran muffins
D - boiled egg, hit smoked salmon
S - two warm roasted chicken legs (yum yum!)

D - turkey koftas with Ellie's sweet chilli sauce

Snacks - handful of cherry tomatoes, FF yoghurt with cinnamon and rhubarb
