Today's menu PP 29/5/12
Breakfast: Oatbran galette flavoured with coconut, glass of water, 2 cups of tea
Lunch: Turkey mince flan 2 glasses of water
Dinner: Venison steak, 2 glasses of water
Snack: Frozen yoghurt flavoured with lemon meringue and the odd cuppa here and there.

B eggs and skimmed milk smoothie with coffee
Snack 3 lemon muffins and rhubarb
L chicken turkey omelette peppers celery and Aubergine( lol getting my fill)
D chicken with roasted veg

Breakfast: Turkey bacon, 2 dry-fried eggs tomatoes and mushrooms, glass of water, 2 cups of tea
Lunch: Turkey mince flan and jelly 2 glasses of water
Dinner: Steak with asparagus and celeriac chips, 2 glasses of water
Snack: Muffins or a galette not sure but oatbran in some form or other.
B - 3 turkey rashers, 1 egg + 2 whites
S - cajun chicken slices
L - turkey, prawns & egg, dry fried sf jelly & yog
D- attempting a sausage receipe I found in the rec thread & butternut squash chips
