Breakfast - Dukan muffins with oat and wheat bran, + square of smoked fish in each
Lunch - small piece salmon, few prawns, piece of smoked salmon, chicken

fat free fruit flavoured yoghurt
Dinner
veal (which has been marinating for 2 weeks in mustard, garlic powder and fromage frais... I froze it!)
