LOL I swim with my head up so much so i dont get my hair wet my neck actually hurts when i get out!
 
i used to swim loads and i would walk miles and still can just need to get my head sorted !!

I too swim "swan style" but always get my hair wet anyway... I've even tried wearing a silly hat - figuring that I'd never see these people again anyway - but STILL got it wet!

i know ,i just think if dan hadnt of got poorly i would never of found this site and found all u supportive ladies ,so maybe it was meant to be me putting the weight back on !!

L- chicken tikka and yogart
D- Beef and veg
 
Vicky's cheating Jet... we're having veg twice today, and she's having it once only... and then she'll have lost TONNES more than us!!!

morning :)

B - scrambled eggs and smoked salmon
L - chicken tikka galette
D - chicken in thai marinade

Ex - 23 min walk (yes i time it) will do 25 min step later and 50 sit ups (only managed 40 last night!) and 60 reps of arm exercises.
