Worse as the day goes on., I am freezing, its just a head cold though, might have a steam inhalation with olbas oil in a bit

Well coming to the end of week 3 - not totally sure I am doing everything right.

B - 0% greek yoghurt + 2 2BSP oatbran
L - chicken
D - smoked mackerel

start off by telling us how long you were in attack, how much your "true" weight is on the dukan site and what pattern you're following in cruise (if you haven't already) :)

Breakfast Yog & wheat /oat bran
Lunch chicken breast spiced up some how.
Dinner Salmon & cod & prawns
 
PV day

B coffee muffins (these are sooooo good, added a bit much sweetner but fave muffins so far)
L Salad, Tuna, Fromage frais with rhubarb.
D Turkey and mushroom curry, sf jelly

L - roast chicken and dukan mustard/tarragon mayo
D - 2 fillets of trout :D

Ex - 70 leg masters this morning. shake weight and step later! got to get this 2lb off this week!
 
Yes thank you Vicky, a bit, not so hot & cold today more 'normal' but with a cold type lol. Those hot toddies I had last night were good, quite fancy one now, slippery slope though ;)
 
Morning all - and welcome m-mouse! I had trouble with my stats initially... any luck? only in pounds, and no half pounds...

PP for me today
5km walk... with an eye permanently sky turned cos it was threatening to storm!

Breakfast - Dukan muffins with smoked salmon in the mix

Lunch - I've a tub with some salmon, chicken, a mini seafood quiche in it... oh and a few prawns
1/3 sachet of sugar free jelly

Snack - one fat free fruit flavoured yoghurt

Dinner - cod + scallops
Dukan baked egg custard
 
Cathy - ahh a little bit too early for hot toddy lol!
 
My first day's almost done so would like some feedback please!

I'm not going to split it into breakfast lunch and dinner because i've been eating all day lol

i've had
galette
turkey slices
crabsticks
prawns
WW yoghurt
2 chicken breasts done in fat free yoghurt and tandoori spices
another 2 WW yoghurts

sounds good to me!!!! lots of water too and your 20 min walk?
 
Yes sorry forgot, i've had 5 glasses of water, and a can of coke zero.. will fit another 3 or 4 glasses of water in before bed.
And I haven't specifically been for a walk, just took my daughter to the park, been shopping and had a dance with her lol :D

I'd be dying of starvation on just that lol
I cant stop eating today and its only my first day. I'm currently on my 4th chicken breast of the day :eek::eek: haha
