PP today for me

1h5 mins fast walk then

Breakfast - Dukan muffins with smoked fish in the mix

Lunch - just finished some chicken, salmon and a mini seafood quiche
1/3 sachet sugar free jelly

5pm - fat free fruit flavoured yoghurt

Dinner - steak grilled with garlic
coffee flavoured baked egg custard

Is there any reason you don't have a whole packet of jelly? If I have it I have been making it up to a pint and eating the lot - is that wrong?

Ah good question... when I first heard about this sugar free jelly, I was told one could have it because it was only 10 calories a serving.

When I finally got someone to come to the UK to buy me some(!), I saw that on the packet, it says 10 calories per serving, makes 4 portions/servings. So, rightly or wrongly, I've been having 1/4 packet (now risen to 1/3...).

(From official website chat:
reginamtzv : Hello! Is sugarfree marmelade/jelly allowed? Also, I see that Jell-o (gelatine) is not so popular in Europe, but in any case, is the sugarfree version allowed? It is great as a dessert. Thanks!
Moderatrice Jessica : Dear reginamtzv, marmelade is not allowed, even sugar free because it contains fruits and those are not allowed until the consolidation phase. Sugar free Jelly is allowed, under 10 calories a cup.)

I figured I wouldn't have a pint of yoghurt, so why a pint of jelly?

anyone know if one can have the whole packet?

Ah i've decided to take my 2 year old away for a few nights so I'm going to start when come back.
