Daily menus

Good idea Kim, but so how many eggs does that make it for the day?

I'm trying to watch my egg yolk intake hence Vicky my not eggifying my quiches unduly!

I'm gonna make a wrap with one to go with chicken tandoori tonight.. and I think I will have had 2 weeks worth of eggs in just one day lol
 
What else can we tempt you with? Do you like salmon? seafood? steak? oooh I think you said you didn't like red meat? Like Vicky, I'm a recent convert to turkey... her marinades make it lovely!
 
Yeah, I don't eat read meat. I love chicken though it's just what to do with it.. I was going to get some turkey yesterday but doesn't it taste the same as chicken? lol

you should only have 2 egg yolks per day - unlimited whites.
 
Funnily enough, NO (turkey doesn't somehow taste like chicken)! haaaa! At least it's a bit of variety... and often the turkey legs are quite cheap and you can maybe do a nice soup with one?

How about liver? veal? mussels?

Where muffins are concerned for breakfast, you can make them in advance (and even freeze them), but do you have silicon muffin cases cos they're easier to turn them out of. I have 2 x 6s, and one day's oatbran equates to 3 of my muffins... so I get 12 muffins = 4 days' oatbran!
Confused? I'm getting there!

Actually, I used to have mussels quite often on Dukan previously... simply putting the mussels (shells and all - after going through the washing and sorting procedure) in a big pot of boiling water with a fat free stock cube for a few minutes until they all open. Lovely! Chop an onion in for PV...

Very Dukan and good for us because it takes quite a long time to eat!! Whenever my other half prepares crab or mussels for me, or even peels the prawns, the food then becomes very QUICK to eat... whereas I do like to "play"...

B - scrambly eggs with lavendar salt
L - roast chicken and dukan mustard tarrogan mayo
D - steak galette with mustard
s - muller

Ex - 80 yes 80 leg masters (my inner thighs will be able to open nuts at this rate!) will do 30 mins step later and shake weight.
Got to get back to exercise dvds but I really think that will have to wait until I get my lounge back (puppy pen and beds) otherwise ill be standing in poo !

Does the leg master work on the inner bit of your thigh (the wobbly bit....I hate that bit :(
 
leg master power has the weights on and more expensive
 
M-mouse - you need to include protein at every meal honey....without it you might get hungry and or your body will think you're starving and you WONT lose....

perhaps added some cooked meat or an egg or 2 to your lunch?

yep breakfast of oatbran and yoghurt is fine :)

when I have porridge, sometimes I eat eggs for breakfast and save the porridge for later carb cravings - having it almost as a pud :)
