Daily menus

yep breakfast of oatbran and yoghurt is fine :)

when I have porridge, sometimes I eat eggs for breakfast and save the porridge for later carb cravings - having it almost as a pud :)

Am I weird, but I think that the 0% total greek yoghurt with a bit of sweetener and the oatbran is bloomin delicious! I am trying to invent a 'pizza' this evening and will post the recipe if it works!
 
it's a bit like Marmite hun - some can eat oatbran in yoghurt - some hate it that way and find it too grainy :)

me I'm either/or...

although I am sticking to my porridge as it gives me a nicely satisfied feeling in the morning :)
 
Ok today:

B - slices of chicken (so I should have had some veg with this?)
L - chicken and butternut squash 'spaghetti'
D - chicken 'pizza'

I am on week 4 so I am on cruise. Pizza is stretching the imagination a little - I have put the recipe on my diary page; however it is in the oven, so I haven't tried it yet. Watch this space!

Philly extra light. Unfortunately I have now eaten 3/4 of it, but I will go straight into the kitchen and photograph the remnants. It was more than ok - worth doing again, but obviously not as nice as a proper pizza! Shall I post it on the recipe thread or here?

L - 0% total greek yoghurt
D- smoked mackerel

YEAH finally scales have registered a loss - just under a 1kg. :):)
Best keep going and see what happens!!!

B - 2 x scrambled egg, small amount smoked mackerel
L - chicken (forgot eggs for breakfast makes it difficult to have eggs any other time!)
D - something maybe chicken in tandoori marinade?
Snacks - oat bran porridge, WW yoghurt

2 x mini quiches, a little chicken, lettuce, tomato, spring onions, cucumber
1/3 sachet sugar free jelly

Snack
fat free fruit flavoured yoghurt

Dinner
chicken livers fried with caramelised onions, served hot on a bed of cold crispy salad! YUM!
coffee flavoured baked egg custard

I'll see if I can find you a pizza recipe and photo - see recipe thread in a minute!
 
Aha, this morning the computer says 'yes' - I can upload attachments, so here, at Sarah's request is the last quarter of my 'pizza'

PV day today - still full of cold :mad: and not feeling like eating :eek:

B SF jelly and muffins in a bit when they've defrosted.
L tuna, salad, Fomage frais
D Tuna (fresh this time not tinned, total bargain marked down) asparagus
rhubarb and more ff.

L - sardines and king prawns (were massively reduced at supermarket)
D - more prawns in an omelette with shallot

ex - 80 knackering leg masters, nothing else planned. might have 10 min walk with girls later if it stays nice. an and a 20 min dash round supermarket.

I've always dreamt of winning one of those...

Or, better still, getting locked in a sweet shop overnight!
