Daily menus

Tomorrow :) and looking forward to it :D
 
Ok so im sorry for not adding on here earlier. Yesterday was a difficult day for me as i got home from night duty at 8.30am and was literally dead on my feet so went straight to bed. Unfortunately this meant i slept through breakfast. L= and omlette and dinner was chicken soup (with tons of chicken in it). I only drunk about 2 litres but again this was due to me waking up at midday. I think i done more that a 20min walk before id even come home!

Today breakfast was chicken and a tiny bit of cucumber. Lunch im having either chicken or tuna salad and dinner i really fancy steak and eggs and given that im on a pv day im adding a few mushrooms and onions with it

L - 2 crab sticks ... naughty me
D - home made burgers with onion served in mushroom bun with salad :D

I have a little change to make. My dinner is mince with mushrooms and onions. I forgot to but tinned tomatoes and dont have any fresh to make a chilli. Steak tomorrow if its not too warm

Lunch - salmon, prawns, smoked salmon, chicken
fat free fromage frais

Snack - chicken, fat free fruit flavoured yoghurt

Dinner - two home made burgers with egg

1 hour walk to work

I'm gonna have to ask for your tikka recipe cos you seem to like it! (I have Pataks Tikka but full of oil, so I presume I have to buy something in powdered form?)
 
I use fat free yoghurt, garlic, chilli and ginger then a shop bought tikka powder or tandoori. just left overnight to marinate :D
 
got all that, bar the tandoori/tikka... (note taken!). Thanks!!

I was just looking at the Cheesey garlic chicken breast recipe on My Dukan recipes... that looks nice. The FB site is good too!

Today's menu...

Breakfast -

You got it - Dukan muffins with smoked fish in, and 1/4 crabstick on...

Lunch
1 leftover burger, bit of salmon, few prawns, and a chicken leg!
fat free fromage frais

Snack
chicken thigh, fat free fruit flavoured yoghurt

Dinner
cod with some scallops and prawns poached in skimmed milk and cumin

15 mins walk only - cos it was raining!
