Dukan muffins with cube of smoked fish in, and 1/4 crabstick on...
Lunch... piece of salmon, few prawns, egg, chicken
fat free fromage blanc
Snack... chicken thigh, fat free fruit flavoured yoghurt
Dinner... grilled veal escalope
